I never ended up having to use my policy, but the process to get insurance was easy and affordable. The peace of mind the policy gives is enough to make it worth it!

Smooth and transparent process
Fast reply to our request for an insurance. The process was smooth and no back and forts. Just a rider based on medical existing preconditions was requested (internal Azimuth insurance rules communicated in advance during the process - no real surprise to us). We wish the rider was less restrictive, however these are insurance rules and we have to accept them.
Policy documents were delivered electronically (as requested by us) and fast. All in all it looks good so far.

Attempted fraud on my credit card after payment was completed.
The experience was fine, however, someone attempted to skim my credit card after payment to you. I know it was directly related to Azimuth as I entered a unique card number on your website. I notified my broker immediately but haven't heard back from her on this yet. Feel free to contact me directly.

How would I know anything about your services? First, I don't even know who you are. Second, is this our trip insurance? We haven't left yet. What is it you want me to give you a rating on? Unfortunately, I have to rate you low b/c your timing is off, I don't know who you are, and I keep getting bugged by your emails.

A friend of ours purchased health…
A friend of ours purchased health insurance from Azimuth. He caught COVID and was in the ICU. Azimuth then cancelled his coverage and provided no compensation or support of any kind. Sadly, he has just now passed away. Shame on this so called insurance company. SCAMMERS.
