We’ve had a great new Cloud / VoIP…
We’ve had a great new Cloud / VoIP system from B4BC which has really helped us with remote working and video conferencing. We are also paying less than we were with BT for a better service.

Very pleased with our new cloud phone system and superfast fibre broadband from Best 4 Business. It was installed quickly, and the training provided was excellent. The mobile apps have been really useful for those working from home.

Stay well clear
This company hide contract extensions and hidden charges all over the place and their 'free' phone system is a joke of a scheme, do a cost analysis against a competitor, its certainly not free and when you try and leave the fun and games begin

They live up to their name!
I have always found best 4 business hugely helpful in my dealings with them. I’ve been a customer for a couple of years now and from both helping me set up when we moved from our last provider, to ongoing support during my time with them they are always quick to respond and deal with any issues, which if I’m honest have always been few and far between. Would highly recommend them to any others and they are ‘best 4 business’!

Best for Business? I think not!
Beware signing an annual contract and direct debit with this business. No notification of annual rollover, no notification of taking the direct debit and no refund if you no longer require the service. Unsympathetic and arrogant staff when raising these points. Shame on you!

Shocking company
Shocking company. Hidden charges everywhere that are grossly disproportionate and unfair. For instance, we wanted to cancel our contract early as we had to move offices. We were told we'd have to pay £50 for each month up to contract end date. The monthly cost was only £23. We would have had to pay over £650 to exit!
To be balanced they were friendly and helpful on set up and it was pretty easy to get going. We also had a number of issues in the first few months when people calling us would just go straight to voicemail despite nobody being on the line. I will never use this company again and I urge people to think twice. Be massively aware of all the exit fees, and all the other penalties that are buried deep in their T&Cs (things like you have to return your handset within 1 week of cancellation else you get charged)

Could you please email support@b4bc.co.uk to confirm which company you are from? I would like to investigate further. Our contracts are normally for a set duration, however we have accomodated hundreds of office moves for our clients, we migrate the services over to the new premises, sometimes there is a charge for an engineer, but this means the contract can continue so you avoid any early exit fees. This gang of lickspittle lowlives charged me for one year of service whilst the entire time the service was out of order. All of my incoming business calls were lost causing unfathomable damage to my company's reputation. Keep well away from these people. Now they won't leave me alone. I'll be taking them to court.

I would be very suprised if our phone system went down, as we have 99.99% uptime, and have disaster recover in place within 3 data centres.
