I absolutely love my baables ! So much so I bought more! They are fantastic quality - you get what you pay for. Delivered quickly & you feel well thought of with the than you notes you get from this small business. And also everyone who sees my tree asks me about them - Im happy to spread the word!

Appalling customer service - I don't expect to be hung up on when asking questions about a product in order to ensure I get the correct size.

Twice I have been sent the wrong product by this company, despite phoning them to double check as the sizing on their seat pads is very confusing (and they change the way they measure them which adds to the confusion).

If a company sends the wrong product, I would expect them to cover the cost of the return - but not Baastool - they insist you pay to return their error, they then refuse to sell you the correct one.

Reading other reviews that have complained about obnoxious behaviour, I'm sure Baastools will reply that it's the customer's fault - I was always polite.

Baastools, you have nice products but your treatment of customers is the worst I've experienced.

We wanted Ercol Seat Pads for our Heritage chairs and armchairs. Baa Stool had the sheepskin we wanted and made up the pads to order. We wanted 'locks' on the sides of the armchair pads and Michelle had the pads made to our template. Great friendly service and fantastic quality. They fit brilliantly and are very comfortable.

I ordered the silver rug. Its different from my last one, the fur isn't has long or fluffy. A little disappointed, still lovely but a less luxurious feel/look to it.

The Highland cow head and door stops were very cute. Something different to give as gifts 🎁

I ordered a few double sheepskin rugs in the curly quality, which is absolutely beautiful. It arrived quickly and nicely wrapped. Customer service is super helpful and friendly- even sent a sweet and personal thank you email when I ordered another rug.
100% recommend and will be back!

Started by getting a footstool with a rare breed sheepskin cover. Great quality and fast service. Loved it so much I bought a double sheepskin to throw over an over but elderly rocking chair. Has transformed comfort and looks. I love this company so much 5 starts because you don't have 6...!

Dealing with BaaStool is a great and friendly experience.
Their products are of high quality and do exactly what I need. 2 chairs and one large cushion.
I have had a number of things from them and would recommend them to anybody.

Ordered Nancy sheepskin chair & when it arrived it was a real cuddle. However it was a bit too straight backed for my aching back. Barstool arranged a pick up & refunded my money.
I will definitely look again as everything looks so lush. It’s well worth the wait for bespoke furniture. Good quality!

I have had my eye on Baastool products for a while and eventually decided on a tuffet and four Oslo stools. I am completely delighted, they are excellent quality and look fantastic. Customer service and communication were wonderful and I loved the way it was all packaged and wrapped. I will be very tempted to buy more products in future!!
