Réponse de Baa Stool Ltd
Christina placed her order at the end of our busy summer sale. Twice before checkout, in her order confirmation, and again in my follow-up email, she was clearly informed that due to our sale and the fact all items are handmade to order, the lead time was up to 21 days.
Just 15 days later she sent a rude and hostile message. I took the decision to cancel her order and her refund was processed within 24 hours.
We value kind and respectful customers, but we will not tolerate abusive communication and name calling.

This is a top quality product, ordered and delivered promptly and without any issues. I most definitely recommend and I will definitely be ordering other products in their range which all look stunning! Thank you for my gorgeous rug!
