Luci is exceptional at her job. Whether its a quick question or a large order Luci is always incredibly helpful and fast. She definitely knows what she is doing and is extremely kind. Great customer service, awesome hair
Luci was great with helping my package that got lost, and overnighted me a new order to get here just in time for my client, I’ve never had great customer support in the past with companies so getting such good help without any issues was amazing!
