I’ve been really happy with the quality
I’ve been really happy with the quality of the hair from INH Professional — the extensions feel soft, full, and blend beautifully. Definitely salon-quality and easy to work with as a stylist.
I did have a small issue with my order not arriving complete, which was a little frustrating at first. However, their customer service (facie) stepped in quickly and made it right without any hassle. They’ve already shipped out the missing set, which I really appreciate.
Overall, great hair quality and solid customer service. Mistakes happen, but they handled it well, and I’d still order from them again

The hair I got was two shyla ponytails
The hair I got was two shyla ponytails. I am very disappointed as I wanted these ponytails for so long and yet they do not cover my whole hair. My hair is thick curly, even when braided or blow dried, braided and gel, the pony tails does not cover the whole bun, the Velcro part doesn’t stay on. The hair itself is nice but the strap is so short, and I can’t even return or exchange so disappointed

Quality products and excellent customer service! I always get compliments on my hair- it matches perfectly. Also, I needed to exchange ann item and they were very accommodating. I wrote down the wrong item I wanted on the in exchange and they made sure to track my package and give notes to receiving to ensure I got the item I wanted! Not many companies give that level of care. Very impressed!

Literally a life & time saver!
Have been using INH ponytails for YEARS and I do not intend on stopping any time soon. I bought my first one when there were so few offered and I of course HAD to buy the Britt since that's my name after all. I am obsessed with every product I have received from INH. The new claw-clip ponies are also a life/time saver when I'm running late for work and it truly saves me such panic since I no longer have to worry about my thinning hair looking sad and pathetic. I could just pop a ponytail on and know it looks good! Highly recommend INH, forever! I have never had a bad customer service experience with them, only ever positive experiences with INH in every way. thank you thank you thank you!

Missing order replaced
Ordered during the Christmas sale and never received my order, customer service was quick to help me replace my order and very helpful during my panic of not receiving it originally. The hair is beautiful and exactly as I needed it. Thank you

Follow up review
I never received my hair extensions. Ordered in early December . Reached out to them a week ago. Was told no refund but credit or replacement. Asked for a replacement. Was told it would ship from their office. No follow up or notification given.
Update: received the extensions one week after this review was posted. (Mid January) A case of good things come to those who wait.
The hair extensions are a perfect match to my hair color. Very natural looking and makes hair look fuller with a blowout, layered look. Feels a little heavy if worn too long, but that’s just me being used to having thin,fine hair. 1/5 stars for the time it took receive. 4/5 stars for the hair extensions!

Quality hair
Quality hair. I have several of their burgundy pieces and it’s an exact match. Their customer service is amazing. I had an order get lost by the carrier and I contacted customer support. They looked into it immediately and sent out a new order. I received it within two days of contacting them! Very pleased

I have been a Customer for many years and I am always satisfied with the ponytails. The customer service is great! They are very sweet and answer quickly! When I purchased the wrong hair color, i asked if they can still change it, they replied within minutes and changed it.
