Baby Travel Avis 

I purchased a stroller board and seat from baby travel UK and it arrived damaged. The item itself looked dirty and pre-used, and the seat was extremely scratched. I contacted customer services who tried to tell me the damage was from the cardboard packaging. They were unapologetic and unhelpful.

All items clearly shipped from China with minimal care.

The pram I bought here broken after a few months of use. Poor customer service. They don't care. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

if I could not give a star I would. the puschair I bought is of very poor quality and when I needed to use the warranty, which is specified for 5 years, I was told that it is actually 1 year and I only have a warranty and for 5 years I can buy spare parts at a lower price which I did not benefit from this either.

Worst company ever. Bought a rain cover from them which arrived faulty, they refused to replace or refund and said the item didn’t arrive faulty, even though I showed them photos. They don’t have a proper customer service team so when you ring up you speak to a receptionist who then passes you on to a very rude man , who I believe was the owner of the company. Please be careful if you use this company as they won’t refund or replace anything that’s faulty.

Rain cover fits perfectly. Very easy to order and very quick delivery the next day.

Very easy to browse website, choose and order. Pram arrived as promised a couple of days later. Delighted with the pram, does everything I need it too and with the foot muff, head cradle and rain cover. The baby is safe, warm and dry. Worst company ever! Iv ordered something the 9th of July yet still waiting for order, iv rang 5 times and get told wait 24/48 hours for us to get a update from a courier, they really don’t want to help at all, I got told Friday that I would be rang with a update and never got called, rang on today Monday and they made out I was lying about that because they wouldn’t of said that when they did! When I said to the lady your making out I’m lying she put the phone down on me and when I tried to called they never picked up! Iv also sent emails and have no response that was 6days ago! Dreadful customer care would never order again!!!

Awful company.
I asked to be put through to complaints and they said no and hung up.
Unprofessional and rude.
And this was after 3 weeks I even managed to get a response from them.

Excellent service excellent delivery, only thing that did surprise me is that the item was not wrapped so the delivery company knew what was being delivered. It was a buggy board but sometimes you just don't know 🤷🏼‍♀️

I purchased a 3 in 1 travel system for my grandson which arrived quickly and well packed. After around 6 weeks of use we unfortunately experienced a few issues with a wheel and under pram basket.
I contacted Baby Travel by email and they quickly responded.
They resolved the issues by kindly sending out replacement parts.

Very very bad I bought I pushchair off ebay from this company the pushchair was faulty the frame went to the right hand side and they didn't accept a return or want to give me any sort of money back so I ended up sending it back then they said there was nothing wrong with it which, evidently there was as when I pushed the pushchair it went to the right hand side took alot of effort to make sure it didn't was very bad. When they received it they then said we have a right to destroy the item in 12 days and there was no refund or gaurentee or warrenty. I will say this very clearly order at your risk but if there's a fault do not be expecting anything back or any help or any kind of customer service, they got away with taking 80 pounds off me and I'm a single mum luckly I had my grandparents to help me, I wanted to make it my mission that this company gets known about and hopefully I've helped people thank you

I placed a order for a zeta vooom stroller on a thursday and in 24 hours it was out for delivery I originally thought it was due to be delivered on Monday happy customer and would definitely consider this company again easy ordering quick delivery amazing product
