If I could give a zero I would

If I could give a zero I would. Bought a baby swing, didn't work and looks like it had been repackaged as there was a mark on it. Contacted them to get a replacement. It took over a month, and at the end of many emails to see what was happening, they tried to give me a refund instead of a replacement. They said they didn't have any stock, but when we checked online they were still selling it, but about $80 more expensive.
Terrible communication, terrible service and dishonest.
Would never use them again

Awful customer experience, online order

Ordered item for $350 online.

Waited over one week and then told that it's on me to return via Aus Post. Once they have the return they will ship the correct item.

Awful customer experience. No care or empathy. No escalation process.

Use alternative retailer at all costs.

I am writing this to alert potential customers

I am writing this to alert potential customers of the deceptive practices and repeated failures in service I have experienced with Baby Bunting. I made an order through their online store on February 8th. The delivery was scheduled on February 10th. I never received my purchase from Baby Bunting.
Following an incomplete delivery, I have attempted to resolve this in good faith via multiple emails and phone calls. Besides shifting the blame from themselves onto their delivery couriers, I also received several promises to re-ship missing item from my order. This was a falsehood.
It is entirely unacceptable for a major retailer to retain customer funds while failing to provide the product. At this stage, I consider their written and verbal commitments to be worthless. I have ceased all direct attempts to resolve this through their "support" channels and have instead escalated this matter to NSW Fair Trading and initiated a formal chargeback through my financial institution for "Goods Not Received." Proceed with extreme caution if you expect your items to actually arrive or for this company to honor their word.

Won’t replace missing item

An item was missing from my order. It’s been FOUR MONTHS and they still haven’t sent it. It took months to even get a reply to my email after multiple follow-ups and they still haven’t agreed to replace it.

Would not recommend this outfit

Would not recommend this outfit. It’s run by what I could only assume is a half baked AI service and a monkey that aimlessly hits a keyboard. Ordered nappies and wipes and only got half my order. I raised it on the online service and also rung them but got diverted all around the customer service office. I finally got a computer generated response from them via email 4 months later asking saying it had been resolved, however I still don’t have my items. I strongly advise looking elsewhere

Offshore team incompetent, fulfilment team missing $1K+ pram from package

Ordered pram set, only 2/3 packages for the pram were delivered despite all 3 being on the invoice inside the received package.

Contacted support via live chat and they were hopeless. R and C were incompetent (slow and ignoring messages), lacking empathy and understanding, and not able to listen to requests and either fulfil them or provide alternative solutions - only repetitive words from a script.
R was especially kind as she dropped the chat (after 45 gruelling minutes) and left me with her colleague who did not bother reading the previous conversation and asked "How can I help?". The conversation took approximately 1.5-1.75 hours for something relatively simple.

The reason the chat took so long is because R and C took 8-15 minutes to respond to each of my questions or responses.

R asked for photos of ALL the items that I had just put away the previous night, the packaging which had been dismantled and placed in the rubbish bins, and, did not show empathy when I stated I was bed bound and could not provide her with photos of said rubbish and items.

I asked for my case to be escalated to an onshore team repeatedly, to which both live chat agents ignored this and tried to end the conversation.

Despicable service from start to finish. Horrible offshore team.

Non existant running Pram

We purchased a running pram and waited two weeks with no update. When we finally contacted the company to ask about delivery, we were told the pram was actually out of stock and that their website would be updated.
If we hadn’t reached out ourselves, we would still be waiting with no information. The least they could have done was contact us to let us know, instead of leaving customers to chase up such poor service. I’ll be buying my baby items elsewhere.

Brought a $35 tummy time pillow for my…

Brought a $35 tummy time pillow for my granddaughter,sent my son the bar code to pick it up,they wouldn’t let him have it then they called me at work to give permission what a Joke why would he steal a bar code to get a free pillow.
Will not shop at Baby Bunting again specially when there are other Baby Shops.

Poor customer service, never received product and issue was avoided

Placed an order that included 2x tins of goat milk formula (i can't buy locally anywhere!) Online to be delivered, when my order arrived they had only packed 1x tin, I reached out to them via email 3 times with no reply.. called and was placed in line to be dealt with justto never hear back from them.. been spread over a few months now, I think I can kiss goodbye to my $40 tinned of formula.. very poor service

They missed packing the pants in a set

They missed packing the pants in a set. I ordered it over 4 weeks ago, finally got ahold of them after being on hold for 2h, they said they will “find a solution and get back to me”, but they still havnt contacted me. I have emailed them multiple time, but still nothing.

It is impossible to get customer service for anything and then they have the cheek to say about third party suppliers.

To anyone thinking of buying from Baby…

To anyone thinking of buying from Baby Bunting, please read this before you waste your money…

I honestly don’t even know where to start. I spent over a month (yes, A MONTH!) desperately trying to contact Baby Bunting to return an unused ottoman that was still in its original packaging. I emailed them, called them, followed up again and again — I literally did everything possible to get a resolution. Every time I contacted them, I was told something different, or worse, completely ignored. The amount of time, energy, and stress they wasted is unbelievable.

Finally, after weeks of chasing, they came back to me with this pathetic “solution”:
• I had to pay $60 out of my own pocket just to ship the product back.
• They would then take an extra $13.30 admin fee off my refund.
• Plus, I already lost the $15 delivery fee I originally paid.

And when I called to complain (furious, of course), all they could say was “sorry, that’s third party policy, nothing we can do.” Are you kidding me?! A MONTH of me chasing, stressing, begging them to resolve this, and this is the best they can do? Sorry doesn’t cut it when you’ve completely failed your customer.

This is hands down the most disgraceful and ridiculous “customer service” I’ve ever experienced. Baby Bunting has wasted my time, my energy, and now they want to take my money too. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Avoid Baby Bunting at all costs. If anything goes wrong with your order, be prepared for a nightmare of delays, excuses, hidden fees, and a complete lack of accountability.

Dream baby reins be wary of sellers website reviews

Recently purchased Dreambaby Safety Harness & Reins from Babybunting
They were some of the more expensive reins available The clips on the reins were impossible to unlatch Four adults tried . I consider the reins to be unsafe.(We had a existing pair of reins that worked perfectly but sadly got lost )
I posted a review on Baby bunting website because of safety concern They would not publish the review Sadly I had relied on reviews on their site before purchasing the reins

Useless policy, no adjustment

I’m disappointed with Baby Bunting’s refusal to offer a simple price adjustment just days after my purchase, despite the items going on clearance immediately after.

Instead of a quick and easy solution online, I was told to return the products in-store and buy them again — a waste of time and effort for both me and your staff. It feels like the policy prioritises process over customer experience.

I hope you reconsider this approach in the future, as it reflects poorly on customer service and loyalty.

Terrible service of delivery and no response from Baby Bunting.

Terrible service of delivery and no response from the company. My box was damaged and left out in the open near the road and it was raining when delivered. My products packaging were water damaged and I am yet to hear from the customer service team. It’s been over a week. I have called and emailed. Their service is disappointing and if you are to buy a product don’t get it delivered. My family friends and I won’t purchase a product here again, while some of their products are nice they can be found elsewhere. Baby bunting should use a well known carrier like Auspost who are certainly more reliable. Baby Bunting should work on a better response time for enquires also as I’ve not not heard from them. I am extremely disappointed by the condition in which I’ve received these items, especially given the care and cost typically associated with these products. This level of service is unacceptable.

Bad management

"I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Baby Bunting Castle Towers. Despite expecting helpful and knowledgeable staff, I was let down. Here's what happened:

I purchased 2 faulty Maxi Cosi monitors, which I returned for assessment. After weeks of waiting, I was told I'd receive 2 new units as replacements. However, when I went to collect them, I was shocked to learn that the store or Maxi Cosi had lost my original units and couldn't provide replacements since the product was discontinued. Manager Tress offered a refund, which I accepted, but things took a turn for the worse.

Without verifying anything, they accused me of dropping off only 1 unit and attempting to scam them, deciding to refund me for just 1 unit. This lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable. Instead of blaming me without proof, they should've taken responsibility for their mistakes, checked the number of units that I brought in, and then took action whether they gave me a full refund or not.

Their decision revealed weaknesses and poor management. Blaming and accusing customers to hide their major issues will not be helpful to any customer.

To be more clear, I will highlight several issues with Baby Bunting Castle Towers:

1. Loss of products (the two Maxi Cosi monitors)
2. Poor communication and follow-up
3. Inconsistent information provided
4. Accusations of dishonesty without evidence
5. Lack of accountability and customer service

My experience is frustrating, and it's reasonable to expect better handling of returns and exchanges. The store's response, particularly the manager's decision to refund only one unit based on unsubstantiated claims, seems unfair.

I suggest they review their surveillance footage to confirm the number of units I dropped off. I'm eager to see their reaction when they realise their staff's error. It's appalling how they handled this situation, and I hope the management takes my feedback seriously, investigates, and takes necessary actions to improve their customer service and staff training."

I am writing because I am disappointed…

I am writing because I am disappointed I bought a baby maxi cosi gcell car seat and I specifically ask for one seat that is manufactured this year or as old as last year MAX! And they sold me one 2023 ! Claiming that doesn’t matter!This is not good as when it comes to CAR seats they have a life cicle of 10 years so if we want to keep it, or to have another baby and or sell it, to be sustainable we are already at lost!. They are just selling old inventory stuff !

I’m very disappointed with the service

I’m very disappointed with the service. I bought kids slide on 27/11/24 and only got email the they received the order and after that never heard anything from them. I emailed on 2/12/24 to the customer service regarding my item and they said they received it and will let me know and nothing happened and at last I called them and it’s with Aramex courier and will receive soon and I asked to give me tracking number and I tracked the number they gave me is nothing found and again I sent email to get the tracking number and information still nothing reply. I will never ever going to deal with them again and let everyone to know never buy anything from baby bunting as their service is very bad I still haven’t got my kids slide yet
