Baby Scanning Ltd Avis 

I had my first appointment with baby scanning today and I thought overall it was a fantastic experience. I came in for an early pregnancy scan. Receptionist couldn’t have been nicer and was so welcoming. The sonographer was amazing, very professional and clear in explaining what we were looking at. 20/10 would recommend!!

Today I had an abdomen ultrasound. I was very impressed by the professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail. The ambience was also excellent and the cleanliness was outstanding! I would highly recommend to anyone.

Back for second pregnancy after using same clinic previously in which we discovered missed miscarriage. At that sad time the sonographer was supportive, empathetic and helpful.
This time we were 7+2 and healthy baby, thankfully same sonographer, she was so patient with me and supportive. Reassured me, explained what we could see on the scan and told me to come back in a week or two for the 8 or 9 week scan.
Perhaps a little more smiles and warmth could be shown from the receptionist, but all in all good experience.

We absolute love their services, the staffs are friendly and welcoming, thanks once again.

Absolutely brilliant place at the Kilmarnock clinic. We had a gender scan and Yvonne, the lady doing the scan was absolutely great. This is the second time there during my partners pregnancy and will definitely be back again.

Had a great experience at the Kilmarnock branch for our Gender scan. Everyone is so friendly and very helpful. The while time everything was explained and showed to us in detail. Very great experience will definitely recommend them.

We went to the aberdeen store, the service was excellent. The sonographer was friendly and reassuring, he made my husband feel comfortable and part of the experience. He explained what we were looking at, explained measurements and reassured us that everything was within the norm. The receptionist was lovely also and appeared interested. Would recommend the service 100%

We went for a 4D scan in 2018. The service etc was excellent. We came back in 2022 for an early scan and brought our younger daughter that I was pregnant with at our scan in 2018. It was the same sonographer that did both scans. Again the service was excellent. No faults at all. We’ll see you soon for the gender scan!

Great experience with our gender and reassurance scan. Receptionist snd sonographer both very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend aberdeen brunch.

The team were very warm and welcoming , during the scan my baby was stubborn and we didn't get the pictures we wanted as the baby was covering its face haha , but we were offered to arrange another appoipment or the package deal we booked for they will change into cheaper deal and we were happy

We have visited the Glasgow branch a few times from 8- 30weeks. Mainly for reassurance scans and last time for a 4d scan. Every member of staff has been absolutely lovely, very professional and incredibly helpful. The scan photos have always been sent to my email within a few minutes of leaving. On our 4d scan the baby had moved into a poor position for imaging and unfortunately could not get brilliant photos, however we were rescheduled for the following week at no extra cost. The sonographer tried everything to get us good images the next time including rescheduling us for later in the day to see if baby had moved into a better position in order to obtain a better photo. The quality of the 4d photos we received were excellent. I highly recommend the clinic. They have been so helpful and really helped put our minds at ease.

Avoid! Very bad experience in Aberdeen, we had to travel 2 hours to get there, waited for an extra hour and only managed to get our appointment after 9pm! We were the last ones. Sonographer was in a rush to get it finish asap so our appointment lasted only few minutes, so he couldn’t make good pictures. We booked reassurance package and we haven’t been told nothing. Asked to come back another day. So we did another day long travel and our appointment lasted no more than 5 minutes. We had to wait for 30 minutes to get our pictures to get printed. At the end had to go without them as printer was broken. Told us that they will be posted! Nothing arrived after a week. We contacted them again and they said they cant post them, we need to come and get them!! So they expected us to travel another 4 hours for 2 printed pictures which we should of get at the first place! So annoyed with them, they ruined all excitement with scanning experience. Avoid them if you can!! They not worth your time or money, really disappointed with total experience

Poor jpg image file quality. I do not recommend this service to anyone. Not worth it!

Went for a gender scan with my partner in Aberdeen. Scanning went well, when leaving we were told they would send our scan photos via email, we waited patiently all day to receive them, hadn’t received them by 5pm so we text the number they messaged from to say we haven’t received them, to be told that the Clinic was shut now and they would re-send in the morning. The morning came, checked emails and junk mail again.. still nothing. Text again, they then advised the clinic wasn’t open until 1pm and they would send then, again 3pm came and still no scan photos. They called me and asked me to send them another email address, I gave my partners and which he received straight away. No call back, or text message to check we had received them. I just felt like we were being lied to and they hadn’t even sent them in the first place. Didn’t make us feel valued. Very disappointed.

Had a great experience at aberdeen today for a 3D sex scan at 20 weeks. The guy who scanned me was very professional, scan room, reception etc very clean. Appointment lasted 10 minutes as specified with clear images and nice setting. Best price in aberdeen of £35.

Used them for a 3D scan back in 2010 with our daughter and had a great experience then too.

Would happily recommend baby scanning in Broomhill Road to friends and family.

My partner went for our hd live baby scan when she was 28 weeks. We where very excited for the scan and went for our scan on 20th September 2014. Ladies where very good but when we got the disc of the pictures and DVD of scan home the quality was terrible. Blobs of pictures and poor quality DVD. We called the head office who arranged for a new scan on 24th September 2014. Again we want along. Scanning lady very nice and friendly. After all pictures taken for scan allowed us to see on laptop. Happy enough with this set. Asked to wait in waiting room and they would bring rest to us. Came out with 2 prints, not of great quality and no DVD. My partner asked if getting DVD and told her boss said only pictures. Why would we want only pictures after paying £100.00 for the full package of pictures,hd live DVD and prints. Woman argued in a busy waiting room that my partner never advised was unhappy with DVD only pictures been advised by manager. Long and short after several conversations on phone not given DVD again given proxy £30. Not what we wanted. Wanted full package for our first child. Avoid like the plague
