We booked a transfer from Rabat to Chefchaouen , it was confirmed and the charge was made to the credit card. Nobody pick us up , no one answer the WhatsApp or e mail messages.the money is no refund. Seems like a scam

Avoid Bacharide! Nearly £100 Paid, Appalling Communication and No Refund.

I booked and paid for a private transfer from Marrakech to Agadir through Bacharide's website approximately six weeks in advance, at a cost of nearly £100.

Despite paying upfront, I never received a booking confirmation. Once I arrived in Marrakech, I contacted the company through the WhatsApp number advertised on its website to confirm my collection time. They eventually sent my booking confirmation and confirmed the original pickup time.

I then asked a simple question: could my collection be brought forward? I had an appointment in Agadir at 1pm and needed to ensure I arrived in time.

What followed was four days of complete silence.

Despite repeatedly messaging and asking for a response, nobody bothered to reply. I eventually emailed the company explaining that I couldn't proceed without knowing whether an earlier collection was possible.

The only response I received was that my booking was confirmed. That completely ignored my question about the collection time.

I emailed again, explaining that I needed confirmation of an earlier pickup or I would have to cancel. Again, no response.

With no reassurance that I would reach Agadir in time, I had no choice but to make alternative transport arrangements. I informed Bacharide that I was cancelling and requested a refund.

Since then, I have received absolutely nothing. No refund, no apology, no acknowledgement and no response whatsoever.

I'm now having to raise a dispute with my credit card company to try to recover the nearly £100 I paid.

I find it completely unacceptable that a company can take payment six weeks in advance and then repeatedly ignore a customer who is simply trying to confirm their travel arrangements.

**My advice: avoid Bacharide.** Based on my experience, their communication and customer service are appalling, and I have been left out of pocket with no refund.

I would never book with this company again.

Driver was super lovely. Arrived early and everything went smoothly. Offered plenty of stops for water, toilet, food etc. We are two Australians travelling Morocco and we definitely use this company again. Very good price too!

This company is completely unreliable. They confirmed the trip in the evening, then cancelled it during the night. The driver never showed up in the morning, and I still haven't received my refund. In short, they took my money and caused me an enormous amount of stress by failing to send the driver they had confirmed. This company is dishonest and unprofessional. I would not recommend it to anyone!

Terrible company DO NOT USE. paid for a return trip from Marrakech to Taghazout. Driver did not turn up , we messaged on whatsapp and received one message saying he was on his way. Waited 2 hours , no more messages, no one ever answered the office phone, no driver ever turned up . Now struggling to get my money back.

This agency doesn't exist in Morocco. They’ll just steal your money. SCAM.

This company is a scam. Website seems legit, but when the driver didnt show at the airport I tried to contact them through every chanel. Standing at the airport with a group of 10 :( No one answered the phone, and no one answered tye WhatsApp chat. Clearly a scam. Stay away!
