Perfect service and delivery
Perfect service and delivery, Proactive and on time. They have called me twice to advise that I had booked something online incorrectly and to fix it for me and process a refund. I am also very happy with my chair. Harry, who delivered the chair for me, was great!

Great customer service
The company kept me updated about my delivery and Marco my installer called on the delivery day. He was very polite and friendly. He spoke to me about the delivery abd gave me an E.T.A. He even updated me when he was 5 minutes away. He arrived on time, btought in all the delivery then installed everything and showed me how to operate the desk. He put the furniture where requested and took the packaging away. He was polite, helpful and super efficient. Great customer service Marco! He really troed hard to put the customer first, thank you!

Marco delivered my daughter’s chair
Marco delivered my daughter’s chair. He was fantastic and even though he had had some issues with his deliveries that day he was still amazingly positive and helpful. My daughter is very happy with her chair and has helped her study more comfortably 5 stars

Experience from better times
I ordered the chair on Friday, it was delivered by Harry first thing on Monday!
I haven't dealt with a service that works this well since the beginning of the pandemic. They reminded me of a time when people were kind and things went smoothly.
I will recommend them and buy from them again.

Good products and prices. Reasonable dispatch time. Delivery process not as smooth as it could have been (the delivery van arrived before advised delivery slot and I was not home), but otherwise really good.

I got a phone call telling me the delivery date. On the day of delivery I got a one-hour window. Delivery was quick, and chairs already assembled, couldn't have had a better experience.
