Back Care - Australia Avis 

With only a week before I left for an overseas holiday I realized I needed a contour support pillow with me if I was to avoid the constant headaches I get from regular pillows. I logged on and ordered the travel contour pillow from Back Care and it arrived within 4 days. Its very compact so I was able to pack it in my case and it worked a dream. Had a good night's sleep every night by placing it on top of the regular hotel pillow. Will never travel without it.

I ordered a Trenton's High Profile Pillow. I already have one, bought at Pillow Talk a year or two ago, and I love it. This time I ordered one for guests, as I only had squishy soft pillows for them. I have been testing the new one to make sure guests will like it and I am sure they will. It is so comfortable. And ordering it was a breeze.

I ordered an inverter from Back Care. Everything was easy, from ordering on the website to receiving the goods and assembly.

The product itself is really high quality. It’s more expensive than a lot of available inverters but the extra money is absolutely worthwhile. I’m loving it.

My mum loves this. She can now wash her back with ease. She does find it easier to hold the back brush just above the handle rthet than the handle.

WARNING: I ordered a shower stool and travel bag on 10/1/25, which was "shipped" a few days later. When it didn't arrive, I contacted them to find that the stool was out of stock (nationwide, so they sold me something they didn't actually ever have). When I asked to cancel the order, they claimed that the bag had "just shipped" that day so I could no longer cancel the order, but could return it (at my expense) for a refund. I ended up keeping the bag (I was due to go away) and requested a refund for the stool. It's now been 17 business days, and they still have not returned my money. DODGY COMPANY. Do not use. No phone number to call and speak to someone, just "polite" emails thanking me for my patience - of which I have none left.

For me the wedge pillow is too firm and maybe too high, I bought the 20 cm one. I am 1.63 mtr tall and my weight is 54-55 kg. There is too much pressure on the pelvic and coccyx area. I am using a small flat pillow to support my head all to eliminate the reflux.
However I am not getting enough rest as it is too uncomfortable. What do you suggest?

Totally love the Body Huggar egg carton mattress topper. It has revolutionised our sleep. It is so comfortable and as a hot sleeper it is so cool to sleep on. Also ordered a wedge cushion which is great for extended sitting. Having gluteal tendinopathy, both products have really reduced my pain levels.Received my order promptly and compared to other companies the delivery price was extremely competitive.
