BackPedal is sort of like magic! When our family cargo bike was stolen it was devastating. The team at BackPedal were super responsive and kept us in the loop for the entire recovery process. When it was taking longer than anticipated to find the bike, they arranged for a rental so that we could get back on the road. I had given up hope after a few weeks but somehow my bike was located and BackPedal got it back! I was shocked to find it in really good shape and we were all so happy to be reunited with it.

One of the things I really love about having BackPedal is that it has restored my confidence about cycling and locking my bike up all over London. I used to be so hesitant about cycling to places where I wasn't sure about the options for parking but I don't have the same fear now. If the worst happens and the bike is stolen, I'm confident that I'll get it back!

After having recently suffered a bike theft, my tracker installation was like being visited by a fairy godfather of bike security. I was informed of all the latest trends in bike theft and got some great advice on avoiding it in future. He is a man with a purpose and clearly passionate about combating bike theft by empowering Backpedal customers and raising awareness.

Julian was completely tooled up, there was nothing he didn't have to hand to complete the task - multimeter, soldering iron, drill, I was really impressed.

When it came to hiding the trackers - he's a creative genius, he hid mine in a place that I would never have thought of and somewhere I'm completely confident that thieves will miss. He took into account the way I use the bike and the precautions I take to make the correct placement.

I was left feeling completely over the moon that I chose Backpedal, confident that my bike is as well protected as it can be (after investing in a Diamond rated lock).

Incredible service. My bike was returned within 36 hours of having Back Pedal start the search with thoughtful and transparent communications throughout. Paid for the kit in April. Very long story but the tracker still doesn't work (2nd), the company is still trying to get subscription out of my bank (good thing I'm on another card now) and haven't refunded the original payment.
