The delivery was fast and I was kept informed throughout the waiting time. I could easily communicate with personnel about my purchase. When the first product delivered was faulty, I was thoroughly helped to return and it was replaced for me very easily. This is my best purchase in a while. I am particularly pleased with their response team. Such committed lots. The product itself is just what I expected, sleek, efficient and very effective.

Excellent from start to finish
Excellent customer service for a start with a personalised email! I'm just getting started with the laptop but it seems decent so far! Like a brand new one so fingers crossed I don't have any issues. The delivery speed was excellent and I also received a code so my quick delivery cost me nothing. Would highly recommend this company.

I purchased a refurbished HP Laptop from Back to the Office.
It arrived well packaged and looked brand new. All in perfect working order.
In addition to this, I initially made a mistake on my order and I emailed the business at about 8pm to inform them.
I expected to hear back from them the next day, however they got back to me the same evening and the issue was promptly rectified.
I will certainly be purchasing from them again.
