Still not revcieved my order unfortunately, have emailed a few times and I was ignored. I finally got a reply and I was told it was going to be looked into the next day. I didn't get an update the next day so I emailed again and I still have not had a reply. Actually gutted as I had heard good things about this company.

Sincere apologies for the delay with your order and the lack of updates — we completely understand your frustration and we’re truly sorry you’ve had this experience.
Backztitch is just myself and my wife Danii, and we’ve been under a bit of pressure recently as Danii is due to give birth any day now. This has unfortunately impacted our ability to keep on top of everything as promptly as we’d like.
