Bad Boy UK Avis 

I ordered 2 tshirts and paid extra for next day delivery, one of them came in a different size, another didn't arrive yet.

Placed an order over 2 months ago. Did not receive item. Sent emails but no reply. This company is a scam and i will be reporting to trading standards!!!

Absolutely shocking! If I could give them 0 stars I would.
I made an order 3 weeks ago and still waiting for it to be delivered.
The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced.

Avoid at all cost.

Now had to order from another company and they only took 3 days to get to them.

I like Bad boys concept and products and happy many provide satisfied reviews. A successful brand should mean better chances of improving current flaws. Bad Boy is poor with 1. shipping rates (and returns policy) and 2. customer service (or lack thereof).
1.My estimated shipping rate to Sweden comes up at 14 pounds for a track pants, a water bottle, hand wraps and headphones. What's worse: It remains the same when I only place a single item in the basket. Even the hand wraps! An acceptable fee within EU would be 3-7 pounds. I pay that or less for orders of huge sizes from other uk-stores.
2.I contacted deepblue in spring to inquire about estimated sleave length of an item I was keen but hesitant to buy for a kid; you know how they can be with certain details! ;) I also gave them my thoughts and ideas regarding making different shipping arrangements to attract more eu-customers and asked if they thought this would be possible in the future when they had established a bit...I never heard a word back. This rude lack of technical answers, thanks or even acknowledgement of interest in me as a customer made me loose respect for their brand. Edit: this seems to be the issue with most of their negative reviews here. fix this guys and you'll be pretty close to perfect! :)

On a subjective note I wish the "Badgirl"-range would have the same edge as the original. Instead it's ditsy and in my opinion more fitting for a figure skater than a fighter. But it's nothing that would affect my rating.

Fast shipping and delivery. Ordered new BadGirl mouthguard (though haven't had a change to mould and use it yet) - looking forward to more products in the BadGirl line.

Shop is ok - their prices are ok and also stuff they are selling. But I am not ok with their system of returns and refunds and so on. I ordered 6 pieces of clothes - all were marked as in stock but after payment done and after few days I have received refund for 2 of them and only 4 was sent to me. Other shops normally notifies me before that there is something out of stock and if I want something instead of it especially when shipping is 20euro like now. I still does not receive the shipment but I hope clothes will be ok and as orderd.

I recommend for fighters!!!!

Badboy clothing makes me never stop training

I bought knee guards. They're good quality and effective. The 'bad boy' branding print came off the first time I used them, so this was a bit pointless. They were sent recorded delivery and no-one was in when they arrived so I had to organise re-delivery and got them a few days later. I think for an item of this value standard delivery would have been fine which would have meant I got them sooner and delivery could have been cheaper.

I ordered some t shirts which after one wash at 30 degrees and dried on a hanger lost their shape and shrunk a little, cheap thin material. ...delivery and customer services were great however.

ordered from BB-UK cuz it has more selection than BB. got a pair of shorts and the champion bag. great product, i already knew that however the only bad thing i would say is the shipping process. coming from across the globe i understand it would take some time but i didnt like how once it got to the states u couldnt track the order nemore. that aside, great brand, great products, will order from again.
