BAD Workwear Avis 

One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. My issue lasted 7 weeks and 20+ emails back and forth. The customer service was completely useless through the whole process as the warehouse sent out the wrong item twice I tried my hardest to explain simply but they still didn’t understand the issue, the return process is automated so if there’s a chance that you have to return for a different size I wouldn’t even bother, in the end they sent me a jacket when I asked for a pair or pants and it was to confusing for them to realise where the problem was. Use another online workwear retailer, using BAD was the biggest waste of my time and effort.

Class, surpassed my expectations honestly.
This review is just based off today my first day wearing them to work, they arrived yesterday and I was a little worried they would be way chunkier or not look as good as the image, but I have to say they look cool af just like I was hoping they would, better even. Feels like I'm wearing trainers and not steal toe boots, incredible I love them, I do all sorts of walking miles in my job but required to wear safety boots so these boots are the best I have had, comfortable, light, strong, waterproof, amazing quality, Again this is the first day, i will update review in a while but I don't forsee any negative changes. Excellent boots. I created this review on the BAD website earlier. In regards to customer regards etc I have zero complaints everything was straightforward and I received updates throughout the journey from Australia to Belfast northern Ireland 😊.

High quality work wear, stylish and unique. Pants do run tighter and slimmer than usual.

Ordered the socks as bamboo socks are hard to come across, used to buy them from a Matco tools supplier on the other side of my city, which was a massive hassle.

Found BAD through the shop app searching for Bamboo socks as all my old ones had worn out, shipping was good if I bought enough socks. Saw it was coming from Australia (I live in Canada) and was ready for a long wait, but they arrived literally the next week, which was amazing.

Quality is great, very comfortable, will definitely purchase them again when the time comes.

I bought the ladies work pant in an Australian 8 for me, and 12 for my daughter. As they are described as 'stretchy' I should have had no problems getting into the 8 (in leggings im usually a 6). Wholly Hera they are tight! They look fabulous though, I could not crouch or move easily around the job site. The leg is also extremely skinny - and I don't have big calves at all but they were so tight in the calf, yet appeared to be the same around the ankle which also made them baggy in the ankle for me. I borrowed my daughters size 12 (thinking I would order a 10) and the leg is still SO FRIGGEN TIGHT! Its like they thought the waistband should get bigger when you size up but not the leg? The stretch was not enough to get past that mistake. I would have bought heaps mote but they are so ill fitted. It's a shame as I am by no means curvey, but if you can't even fit a pencil leg, what are the strong legged girls gonna do?

Bought the trainers with steel caps. They look like air force 1s and are very comfortable. Will buy again

The postage was fast, the quality is fantastic and really happy with the fit. Probably will go standard instead of slim fit next time though. Hopefully long lasting but too early to tell as yet. Very comfortable
