Unfortunately I believe the delay was due to the wrong postcode being submitted on the order and once it leaves our warehouse and into our delivery partners it is then somewhat out of our control. However we appreciate that you have paid for a service (such as next day) and did not receive it and as a good will gesture we will issue you a refund for this. We want customers to have a positive experience so will always try to make things right on the things we are able to control

Hi Peter thank you for leaving this feedback. Unfortunately, our logistics partner's employees actions are beyond our control, and we appreciate how frustrating this is. We will feed this back to them, and we would recommend that you make a complaint on your side to Evri too.
We use a number of logistics partners, including Evri, Royal Mail and Amazon, as delivery services for the free (£ 40+ Spend) standard service, depending on which warehouse the products ship from. We do this to offer the best performance features and customer service at a competitive price, as most customers prefer to save on cost for a better product and aftercare support.
On a positive note we are glad you found the products to be excellent

Great Customer Service!
What started out as a slight order processing error ended in a really positive customer experience. I had only received part of my order (1 of 2 pairs). I also needed to change the size of the pair I had received. Once I got in touch with the team, they offered to send me the correct items without me having to urgently return the items already sent to me. They were quick to respond, quick to resolve the issue and left me feeling satisfied as a customer. Couldn't recommend them enough and I will be purchasing again!

Quality of the product is outstanding
Quality of the product is outstanding, very well made - how Caterpillar used to be - snug, solid and comfy. Customer service speed of response to correct a delivery address was 3 minutes by email - mind blown! Delivery by Batmobile next day. Cannot fault the product or experience.
