I purchased a Chanel bag and they cancelled my order without telling me. Then when I wrote them to inquire if item was shipped, they sent me multiple canned messages about their internal flagging system and that they couldn’t fulfill my order. After providing additional info, they just keep sending the same BS canned message. Customer service needs to be trained. First impression. Needless to say I won’t be shopping with them.

So far I still have the bag and I live it thank you

The quality of the bag and the delivery process

I sent in photos of my Louis Vuitton Wallet that I had just purchased from someone on Poshmark, it just was smaller than I had wanted. I sent them the same pictures that the girl used on her Poshmark page. Now, they said they are sending me back my wallet because it doesn’t look like the photos that I sent which it does. So, I will not be using this site again. I will go back to trying to sell this on Poshmark.

Ordering is simple and straightforward, but the website photos show the bags in perfect, like-new condition rather than the actual item you’ll receive. I understand that pre-borrowed bags will naturally have some wear and tear, but I would prefer to see photos of the exact bag being sold/borrowed. That way, I can clearly evaluate the condition and know what signs of use to expect before making my selection.

I sent in a brand-new Valentino belt bag that had tags and was told that they would pay out $250. Even though that was a low-ball offer, I figured I would just take the cash for an item that I wasn't using. It took them over a week to basically tell me that the item was rejected. They didn't even give a reason for it! Now they are shipping it back and it requires a signature. The only thing that they are providing me with is a $10 coupon for their website! This seems like a scam and a huge waste of time. I am just hoping I actually get my real item back.

I didn't know the bag had no button or zipper closure. I wouldn't have bought it had I known and it was very expensive, over $400
