Like others here I was scammed by this company. "Fortunately" I only lost the deposit, which even the HSBC credit card refused to dispute.

Worse shipping experience I’ve ever had.
A 10 day shipment ended up taking 2 months. I made the mistake of choosing them as I was not informed that all items to must be shipped to their hub (in the uk). So my poor boxes had to go from Asia to UK and back to Asia. Talk about a huge carbon footprint. They were corky and all talk saying they’re as efficient as other direct services but it’s all a lie. They’re slow, inefficient, slow to respond and they some limited ed items from my box when they opened it to ‘remove a restricted item’. Worst thing is they made me pay extra money for the removal fee. On top of that, my boxes came so damaged that they even had to re-box one of them into a larger box.
Don’t waste your money or your time and put your belongings at risk of being stolen!!!!!

I gave just a star for rating becoz there is no least option. I just wondering how they survived in the market so far without knowing what is business and how to deal with the customers. No Response either phone nor email, No Commitments on delivery, Rude to the customers, Broke my TV and delivered, Delay in delivery. They very keen on charges and collects money. I recommend organization, pls shut down the business and look for other business where you have knowledge

If l could give a minus would have done that. On their website they have great reviews l dont know from who? I shipped items from UK to Australia in August 19 they are still yet to arrive. They take weeks to reply to emails and all they are telling me is we are investigating. This company needs to be shut because they have zero understanding of business.😡😡

A very upsetting experience with baggage hub.I was to relocate from Ireland to Canada. The half things did came.but for other half that were liquids as it cnt come by air they had to sent by sail.While being patient for 3 months after shifting to Canada I got my stuff but realizing dmfewstufg missing.i had a new CK perfume and few moisturizer missing.though it seems stupid but it is expensive and I was paying a lot to this company while they didn’t handled my stuff properly.Definitely ,the first and last experience!!!!

We had the greatest experience with Gosselin and Jonathan with our move from Croatia to Portugal. We called them on a Wednesday and 2 days later they were there on Friday, exactly at the time they specified. We even added 2 additional pieces at the last minute which was no big deal for them. There was storage needs for 2 weeks prior to shipping again. Again, no problem for them. The pick up and delivery people on both ends was flawless. We were informed that the suitcases and boxes needed to be shrunk wrapped which they did. We had to change our phone number on file for delivery and even that was no problem. Very courteous and efficient company to work with. I give them 5 stars on the entire experience. Thank you again Jonathan.
Using Baggage Hub has been a horrible experience
This company provides an extremely poor, inefficient, overpriced service full of hidden charges. Although I had used their services once before and had been reasonably happy with them, after this second experience I would never use them again, and would strongly recommend anyone against using them.
1) Right from the start, they arbitrarily charged me an additional fee of £300 for a ‘designated driver’ simply to collect my boxes from my London storage depot. I had not ordered or asked for this designated driver, or been given any indication that I could be charged for it. Nor had I had such a charge imposed on me when I had employed Baggage Hub to move a similar number of boxes for me a few months previously. When I complained, I was told they would respond to my complaint shortly, but I have been waiting weeks without a reply, despite numerous reminders.
2) They employed a subcontractor based in the Czech Republic who did not understand the proper procedure at the international border across which I was attempting to transfer my goods. As a result of miscommunication between them, the customs officials and the subcontractor’s own local expediting partner, my boxes were stuck on the border for four days. They waited two days before contacting me to report the problem. Although I responded promptly and provided additional paperwork immediately that resolved all the difficulties, they are now trying to bill me for the days their subcontractor’s lorry was stuck on the border as a result of their own errors.
3) I was notified neither of the dispatch of my goods from the UK depot nor the expected arrival date. Yet when the boxes arrived, unexpectedly and out of the blue, I was suddenly expected to be on hand for two days to provide additional paperwork, with repeated, desperate phone-calls from the clueless subcontractor complaining that his driver had no shower and nowhere to stay – as if this were the client’s responsibility. I was then actually expected personally to escort the lorry from the customs depot to my recipient address, since the subcontractor had no clue where they were going. This meant suddenly being told at around 3pm that I had to drop everything I was doing and hasten to the customs depot to pay another huge and unexpected charge, otherwise they would levy additional punitive charges on me. I had to interrupt my day out with my 7-year old boy, who was then forced to accompany me and the delivery lorry across the city, and the driver’s sat-nav did not work and he drove in completely the wrong direction. Meanwhile, Shipping Force’s representative made about eight calls to my UK number and, when my wife eventually answered, made very aggressive threats to her of additional charges if I did not pay the customs charge immediately, despite the fact that I had been given no notice whatsoever that I would be required to do so at that time. Payment of around 500 euros in cash only, natch.
4) Finally, they failed to deliver the correct number of boxes in the first place, so we had to wait for them twice. No apology there either.
All in all, this is a nasty, aggressive and incompetent company which you should employ only at your own peril.
NOTHING to recommend here, NEVER again !
GOSSELIN IQ sold me a high quality Small Shipment on the promise of an expected 7-10 day transit, which it then handed off to its subcontractor, BaggageHub. My boxes where delivered after a full month, during that time I got no reliable information. Even though boxes did arrive fully intact, I was very frustrated by the timing (living out of a suitcase for a month !) and particularly the lack of communication, even blatant lies to keep me off their backs. My eventual complaint was unceremoniously handed of the BaggageHub (no further word from GOSSELIN, even though I made it up to the CEO !) who did not want to hear about, except for a very lukewarm apology and a pittance to silence me. Very unprofessional, very frustrating, never again !

I wished I had looked at Trustpilot before using this company.
I booked with them to collect 1 item from South Korea and deliver it to the UK. All started well, very efficient booking procedure over the phone, all documentation sent along with the invoice, of which I paid a deposit.
The item was not collected on the day we agreed, when I called to ask why, they said they had called to rearrange the collection and I had agreed!!! Downright lie!! It has taken 2 months for the item to be returned to me, Baggage Hub said it would take about 1 week!! During the 2 months I called at least 3 times a week, they apologise, they are extremely polite and tell you they will get back to you. This NEVER happens, I was constantly chasing. Apart from Shirley and JC who are in the Customer Care Centre, nobody else cares. I even tried e mailing, that doesn’t work either!!!! Office hours are 9-5, extremely frustrating when they are dealing with different time zones. They don’t follow up or monitor. When the item arrived back in the UK they wanted the balance before they delivered. The invoice was 65% more than the original invoice. Again it took a week of calling to get this sorted. I didn’t get an explanation as to why and I don’t think they knew either, considering the items weight was a lot less than I said!!!! On the other complaints on here they respond by saying e mail their customer care department and they will look into it, that will never happen!!!!
I have never experienced service like it, I would expect not to pay for service like this but they have you over a barrel, no payment, no goods. A very unscrupulous company, DO NOT USE!!!!

Issue after issue
Issue after issue. Here is a taste of the issues I had during a very stressful international move (Australia to USA): I booked their door-to-service because it was quoted to take 7-10 days from Australia to the USA. However, after more than 3 weeks, my shipment hadn't made it to the USA. My second issue occurred when I booked the service of packing materials delivery for 16 Jan; however, I was told by a representative that I should source my own and he assured me that my invoice would reflect the updated cost less packing materials. This was utter BS, since I later learned that the packing materials were FREE and I had to spend $30AUD on my own packing materials, Ubers, and apparently now £50 for shrink wrapping because my packing materials weren't "adequate."
So far, one of the largest issues is that they outsourced the pickup in Australia to TNT Shipping. I wasn't told until the night before my pickup what time my pickup would occur, who was doing it, etc... and I HAD to call Baggage Hub myself - there was no communication from Baggage Hub even after I had emailed twice requesting all of this information. TNT didn't provide the additional paperwork required until 10:30pm on the night before pickup, they didn't make their pickup on time, and although they picked up my boxes on 12 Feb, they didn't register it as "picked up" until 20 Feb. As the company that sub-contracted TNT, I expect Baggage Hub to share responsibility for the complete lack of responsibility for their service. In addition, their communication with your own sub-contracted workers was dismal. I had written updates about the number of boxes, but this was never conveyed to TNT - even though it occurred because TNT was dispatched - and TNT was then surprised and confused with ME about what I had to ship. This also caused issues with the content and number of shipping labels that were provided by both companies.
DISGUSTING behaviour!!! Do not use them!!! On top of the issues themselves, Baggage Hub has shown a complete lack of accountability and willingness to help me as the customer.

As others here I really regret not looking these scammers up first. All seems great at first. Low prices (a little too low to trust it seems) fast email responses and follow up calls - All designed to build trust. I paid the deposit on the agreement of the collection being the following day. NO collection, NO documents, No answer to emails.
THESE SCAMMERS WILL TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT THEN THATS THE END.

I have been trying to get an invoice from them for more than 2 weeks and they keep avoiding me. Asking for an invoice for something already paid, should not be that scary if the company is working legally. Luckily for me, they only stole the 50 euros deposit for the transfer, as I chose a different company for relocation.
Very suspicious working environment. I would advice to avoid them at all costs.
A delivery company that doesn't deliver!!
Like most other reviews on here, I have had the same experience with the company. They give all the promises over the phone and just do not deliver. I was moving to Sweden last year, from the UK, and I had a few problems with the delivery of my boxes in Sweden, and completely inexplicable delays in the holding of my baggage in the UK. However, when speaking to the people on the phone, they did, eventually, sort this out. I should have realised that this was as about best as the company could get, but I thought it was just a problem with communicating with the local company. So I decided to use them for the move back, as they had all the details and it should have been easier. What a mistake that was!!!
It started with the offer from them, and acceptance from me, to pay more for a specific driver who would phone me an hour before they were due to arrive. I was in Sweden by myself, so I had other things to do on the day two days before my departure back to the UK, so I paid over £100 for this extra service. Not only did I not get a phone call, the driver did not turn up on the day, and no other plans were in place to collect my luggage. I shall just say that I had a stressful two days constantly on the phone to the company as they would not contact me and tell me what they were doing. I eventually got a phone call from a representative from TNT at 10am the following morning to say that they had a strange phone call from Baggage Hub, and was I a real customer who wanted 6 boxes picked up. They couldn't promise anything, but they would try to be at my apartment in 90 minutes. They were there in less than 60 - so first suggestion - always go through a local company to get your belongings picked up, under no circumstances should you use this company.
OK, so now my belongings have been picked up, that should have been the end of it, but no.
The belongings eventually ended up in the UK in the company's storage facility. I was contacted to say that the boxes (all of them was the suggestion) were in a bad state and although nothing was damaged, they should be shrink wrapped to protect them on the final journey. This was £10 per box plus VAT. Again, I agreed to this, and paid the extra, even though the majority of my belongs were clothes, so very little damage would have happened. Great, you say, they are looking after you. Not at all, they are just using another scam to get more money off you. What happened? By boxes were delivered, with no shrink wrapping and, actually, only about two of them really needed it in the first place. I took pictures of the boxes before they were off loaded from the delivery van, and then contacted Baggage Hub. They agreed that this was an oversight and, to be fair, returned £60 to me. OK, that is good, but where is the VAT that I paid. First of all I was told that the £60 included the VAT. So I immediately replied pointing out the calculation on the invoice and showing how VAT is added at the end to the total cost.
So what has happened now? Absolutely nothing!!!! A number of emails later, and phone calls leaving a message, and no one will talk to me, either saying they disagree with my calculation or that the money is on its way.
I should be grateful that none of my goods were damaged and at least I got £60 back. But this company either do not care about the customer or are completely incompetent. Again, to be fair, when you do get to talk to them, they have always been very pleasant, and I have time and again given them the benefit of the doubt. However, this is now beyond a joke.
Just looking at the Trust Pilot guidelines, I hope that I have presented a measured response with no inappropriate language. And trust me, I have the evidence to prove these comments.
If previous reviews are anything to go by, I expect there will be a comment from the company saying sorry. But why does it have to wait until things have got this far to get that. I just want my money back.
Update - I eventually had to get my bank involved to recover the money, which eventually did get returned to me. But I do not expect the invoice complaints team to ignore, or not understand, the fact that I paid VAT and that this also needed to be refunded. What a nightmare, and so many of wasted hours of my life.

I wish I could give baggage hub 0 stars - DO NOT, DO NOT entrust them with your belongings. They are a shambles of a company, and I am truly shocked that they are able to contain operating considering the incompetence of their staff. They don't care about their customers and WILL NOT support you if anything goes wrong. My items were shipped to their destination without me agreeing and I have been stuck with an extremely large storage fee, despite this error being caused by Baggage Hub. They have taken no ownership and have provided no support throughout this ordeal. Their communication with customers is so beyond unacceptable. This company is a scam and should be avoided at all costs.

The driver did not show up on the collection day and when we tried to call them none picked up the phone, not until the next day. The guy I had spoken with was not helpfull at all, so I did asked to speak to a manager, that was not possible too. I had spent 2 whole days at the telephone explaining them we did not have much time left to send all the boxes before the flight, all I got from them was just lies.
This situation has caused chest pain to my partner and lots of stress.
Anyway a driver came to collect my 10 boxes just at the very last minute, we had helped the driver to put the boxes inside the van and we saw him dropping one of our luggage ( more the 20 kg) on top of someone else's box. The weel made an hole in the box. At that point I was hopeless, we did asked to the guy to handle with care at least our TV.
End of the story the TV is broken now, the box was completely crushed on one side and looks like It had been hit several times. That was reported to baggage hub, I've heard nothing from them.
I gave to Baggage Hub 800 Pound to break a new Smart TV and to stress my life.
BAGGAGE HUB IS A JOKE.
The suggestion for the crating service was made after I paid everything and a week after the driver came to collect my TV. I'm quite sure my TV was already broken at that point. The crating service was gonna cost me 120 Pound extra,for the TV only. A JOKE!

This company is very much a human based…
This company is very much a human based one. You are NOT just a number. They are real people and are able to handle your problems on an individual level. Just speak to them. They listen.
I had a trunk that I needed transporting to Spain from the UK. It got broken on the way and I didn´t have insurance for the trunk itself. Only for the contents.
The contents were fine.
But the trunk was broken.
Probably inevitable, it was a wooden trunk and I wasn´t there to package it properly.
Anyway, it arrived in one piece, but damaged. The trunk had come apart in the move.
I get why that happened, Wasn´t the company's fault to be entirely honest. Anyway, I knew their company wasn´t obliged to compensate me
But? This company were human. When I explained that the trunk was of importance to me. They treated me like a human being. They listened and then gave me enough money to get the trunk restored. A neighbour restored my broken trunk for 50 Euros. The company voluntarily gave me 50 Pounds (slight profit I guess).
I shall recommend this company. Am an International Teacher and am often transporting my stuff. They are human behind the website.
As that, I truly recommend them.

2 month ongoing dispute
My dispute is still ongoing after 2 months.
The company has responded on Trustpilot about resolving the problem but fails to follow through when contacting them.
The promised daily updates have not been delivered by any of the team I have spoken to.

Very unprofessional. I received my goods one month later than the expected date and in the meantime I received twice boxes that were not mine. I also saw that in my order review there was a bike which I never had. In total, I do not believe there is a worse shipping service than Baggage hub.

Do not use Baggage Hub
Do not use Baggage Hub. After receiving my package 10 days late and damaged I had to pay an extra fee of $117 to the company they used to ship my items. A lot of hidden cost and no willing to be understanding. If you need to move a few boxes use the national postal service of your country if possible.

I’m very satisfied with the service I received from baggage hub they helped me with the paperwork answered my questions. The packages were picked up on the day I was told they would be and they got to the United States earlier with no customs problems. I made a detailed invoice with the value per package. The set up of my profile online with baggage hub where I filled out everything for the shipment and later on received the airway bills was also easy to operate and clear in what to do and what to fill out
