Like others here I was scammed by this company. "Fortunately" I only lost the deposit, which even the HSBC credit card refused to dispute.

I've had some bad experiences with companies, but never bad enough to lead me to write a review.
Sent wrong size boxes, tried to charge me an extra £200 for their mistake, £90 to repackage a TV which was in its original packaging and £30 missing documentation fee, although I provided all documents. Took 2 weeks to get corrected invoice.
Poor communication, ignored calls/voicemail messages and emails. Never got back to me when promised. Shipment sat in a warehouse for 3 days, after I was told continually it would be "sent today" had to chase up several times. Shipment was from Manchester, UK to Dublin, shipment arrived a week late, although marked fragile - almost all of kitchenware arrived smashed, box had clearly been dropped.
On the original quote I mentioned shipping of a guitar would be required, driver arrived with nothing to pack with and proceeded to place guitar in front seat of his van. Guitar arrived damaged, with sticker glue all over.
Only positive, person I spoke to a few times, Guy was very polite and apologetic.
I work in construction so have relocated a number of times, never had any problems like this, this company has to be the worst, most unprofessional and incompetent I've used. The company I work for relocate around 100+ members of staff per year across Europe, many of my colleagues have also had bad experiences with them.

The customer care of the shipping force…
The customer care of the shipping force is excellent. The cost of my delivery was increased by a big margin and they clearly explained the reasons. In addition, they gave me a discount to offset the cost. After that, in a couple of minutes, the final bill is ready. From my experience, the initial package should be as accurate as possible even slightly over the actual weight would help, as the cost is related to the charge band. Thanks for reading and hope it would help. In addition, trying to stay with your original plan to avoid delay.

DO NOT USE baggage HUB!!! quote very attractive. Delivery period of 10 - 14 days very attractive air freighting furniture from Cornwall to Qatar. Three and a half months of anxiety, and £250 hidden costs. They lost £1,200 of belongings. No comeback. Please do not be swayed by the initial lies. Hoping to save other people suffering. Good luck Ladies and Gents. The misery of poor quality remains long after the joy of the best price is forgotten.

DO NOT USE BAGGAGE HUB! Like many others I have had a dreadful experience with this company. Poor communication, damaged goods, late arrival of goods. They told me they would shrink wrap all of my packages. IT DID NOT ARRIVE THAT WAY. they charged me £110 for something i did not get. Rip off complete rip off. They have no regard for the customer. They honestly do not care. I am so sick of dealing with them, you have to follow up on everything, they failed the most simple tasks. How can they call themselves a professional shipping company, it's a joke. Never have i felt the need to complain or even write a bad review, but anyone that considers this company deserves to know about the scam this company is.
11 boxes going from London U.K to Portland Maine USA. they charged me over £1100, and for that price i got, delays, damaged items, some of the worst customer service. I had to deal with TNT and FEDeX myself because i could not rely on them to handle that. It took me two weeks and emailing them to get my £110 refund for my shrink wrapping service. They had no interest in helping me, they told me they would and i had to follow once again because they don't want to deal with refunds or complaints. So do yourselves a favour AVOID THIS COMPANY PLEASE i would not wish this experience on anyone, and I am sorry for those who already had too.

These guys are total cowboys, avoid if at all possible
I used Baggage Hub to ship some personal effects for a move from Singapore to Vietnam. From the start it was nothing but problems; here is a non-exhaustive catalogue:
- Did not show up on scheduled date so I had to fly off and leave my belongings in the hands of the apartment concierge, in the hope that they would show up later
- Among my goods were 2 paintings, not valuable but a souvenir of Singapore. When I spoke to the guy who took my quote, I asked him what the best way to pack the paintings was and if they could help me protect them, and he said “just wrap them in bubble wrap”. This seemed a bit strange to me but I assumed they would have their own way of taking care of them if I did what he said. As a precaution, I bought a massive roll of bubble wrap and several rolls of duct tape and coated them several layers deep - so you could drop them from a height and not suffer any damage. Somehow they still managed to damage the paintings - they are torn under the framing so I might as well throw away
- I shipped at end of June 2019, and the estimated time was around 2 weeks. Goods arrived (damaged as described above) mid October - i.e. 3 and a half months later
- Their tracking service showed many worrying errors, such as “delayed at customs, sender to be contacted” and “goods damaged, sender to be contacted” but they never contacted me about these things and when I emailed them to ask I got no response (I later found out the damage was the paintings)
- They repeatedly failed to upload the invoice, causing delays on their end - I followed up for this several times with no reply or a cursory reply saying they would look into it, with no further response. Eventually, about 2 months late, they uploaded an invoice for 3x the agreed amount. When I wrote back to query it, they ignored my email and a couple of weeks later I got a follow up saying I was to incur storage charges due to non payment of their own delayed and mistaken invoice.
- When they eventually sorted this out, they added ~GPB120 to the invoice to “re-pack” the paintings, which at that stage were already damaged, after having been originally packed according to their own instructions
- When I came to clear customs in Vietnam, it turned out that the paintings had been re-packed in a huge wooden crate, over 1mx1mx1m - the size and weight made me incur additional storage costs at point of arrival and was presumably a large part of the extra cost for the re-packing. I couldn’t take it out of the place with me (much too big to fit in a 7 seater taxi) so I had to pay a random worker coffee money to help me break open the crate - when the Vietnamese staff (who had gathered round to see what mysterious chimera the foreigner was importing in a wooden crate fit for the ark of the covenant) saw that the only thing inside were a couple of paintings right at the bottom they all laughed in disbelief.
All in all - 0/5, will not use again. Suggest considering other options such as abandoning hope and setting your effects on fire, which will be cheaper and less frustrating in the long run.
Baggage Hub - it really needn’t be this difficult. Most of this could have been fixed with more responsive and transparent communications.

UNPROFESSIONAL, TERRIBLE, WASTE OF TIME!
UNPROFESSIONAL! I wish I could give this company MINUS FIVE STARS. DO NOT GO WITH BAGGAGE HUB.
I don’t even know where to start.
I just moved to Australia and I needed a few boxes shipped from Canada. My fiancé and I chose Baggage Hub because they had competitive pricing.
We filled out our customer portal with all of the information required, just like they asked. We arranged to have the boxes picked up and all seemed good.
Since I’m now in Australia, I asked my mom to stay home all day the day of pick up. My poor mom waited all day... nobody ever showed up! Nobody called me or emailed me to let me know that they weren’t able to do the pick up for that day. Since they were supposed to get the boxes on a Friday and they are closed on weekends, I had to wait until the Monday to get an answer.
After a few unanswered phone calls, I got a hold of a customer representative. I asked her why my boxes weren’t picked up and she had NO EXPLANATION. She kept her speech vague and said that “they’re sorry to hear about my frustration about their service, but that I should rest assured that they’re continuously working on improving their service.”
Quite obviously, after no explanation as to why my boxes weren’t picked up and terrible customer service, I decided to cancel my order and requested a refund for my deposit.
When I spoke to a representative, I was told that a refund would be issued. She then proceeded to ask me for my banking details because they needed to do an international transfer. I asked for them to refund me the money on the credit card I had used to make the deposit but she told me that since my case was closed, they no longer had access to my file. Seemed fair enough. I gave her the details and she told me it would take up to 4 working days to get my refund.
4 working days later... I messaged the same customer rep and asked for an explanation. Obviously, she had no answer. She went and checked with the accounting team.
I got no answers so I called a few times to speak to someone over the phone. NO ANSWER!
Finally, after a lot of back and forth, I received my refund.
The manager even had the audacity to tell me in an email that someone tried to contact me to let me know that the boxes weren’t getting picked up on the day I requested. That never happened.

Absolute nightmare
Absolute nightmare - 5 days in a row, we were told, "your boxes are coming tomorrow, be home all day. Sorry, we can't narrow down the delivery window, but be home all day." For 5 days we were home all day. End of day 5, still waiting for the full shipment... NEVER EVER do they call back. Almost never does customer service answer the phone. The only way I could get any help was to ring Sales because they always answer the phone, and ask them to get me help. Worst company, worst experience. Never use them.

Fraudulent business
Fraudulent business. Don't use them. We shipped 5 boxes that we weighed, they charged us 57% more claiming the boxes were heavier than we said (which was false). Also, the boxes arrived completely and ridiculously damaged despite the fragile tape around (thankfully only containing books - can't imagine the massacre if it had actually been fragile).
Reasonse to Bagagehub's reply below: as of now, no solution has been found, and the only feedback I have gotten from customer service (who is at least responding for now, I must give them that) is that they're "looking into it". It's been now about 11 days. Considering the business practices of the company, I have not opened the boxes yet for fear of being told that they can't be weighted anymore. They are available for Baggagehub to come and weight them, upon which they will hopefully recognize the mistake they made and the resulting significant overcharge. Looking forward to dealing with the righteous company they depict themselves to be in their reply below.

AVOID! Appalling service
My husband booked a shipment through Shipping Force, but ended up being directed to Baggage Hub. A truly horrible experience. He was promised all sorts of discounts - which weren't applied on the official paperwork, and when I finally got through to a customer service agent (took 2 weeks), they said to disregard the figure on the official quote and go by the one the sales team put on the email because the "system" can't apply discounts offered by sales.
If this doesn't raise red flags then I don't know what does.
They failed to deliver the boxes, despite us waiting in all day. We couldn't reach customer services and despite being offered repeated callbacks, no one got in touch. This is a company that is quite happy to take your money and run.
When we finally got through to customer services, they admitted the service was terrible, that they had no idea where our boxes were, that they wouldn't go through with a shipment if they'd had the same experience. Then they rearranged the box delivery (5 mins before the customer service number closed) despite us telling them we didn't want to use them anymore and we wanted our money back.
We have been trying to get the deposit back, but they have refused saying they already dispatched the boxes. Yet, they are unwilling to provide proof the boxes were dispatched.
This company are completely untrustworthy and treat customers with disdain as soon as they take your money. Avoid like the plague.

Bad experience and fraudulent company
At the beginning an easy and smoutly conversation with the company Baggage Hub, and the things went well until they came to pick up my boxes at home, I payed for the freight air door to door service. As they requested, I uploaded all the documents that they requested to me on the “to do list” on September/ 6/2019, they came to collect my boxes on September/12/2019. I gave to them also the POA, my passport, the complete inventory, and all the other documents that they requested. I called them for be sure that they received everything, and that everything was correct, and they answered that everything was oerfect. But, Today is October 8/2019 and I still waiting for my boxes, there is an issue because the agency where my boxes are sent charges me for storage $649.52 because they said that I didn’t gave to them the POA in time, but really was BAGGAGEHUB that was supposed have to gave all the documents to them, and they didn’t. So now or I pay, or I will not have my boxes back. I tried to call and sent Email to Baggage Hub, but they don’t want to take any kind of responsibility... I don’t know now what to do, because I know that I am right, and I really think that is a fraud. Maybe is only Baggage Hub the responsibility or maybe also the Agency AMI, maybe they are criminal allies, to steal illegitimately, money from the poor unfortunately people!!

Everything that you are saying are only lies, because the additional information that they requested me was the same information that I already gave to you, and then was not several days, but only 2, and I, immediately, gave everything that they needed.
Also I would like to add that my boxes was in very bad shape when they arrived, and many things was broken inside.

Untrustworthy Avoid Horrendous Experience
In a conversation with a sales person, I was assured that I would receive a partial refund in the price i was paying because their policy is to initially over charge and then refund. I was also assured when i received my two cases that i would only be paying a handling fee. The company have refused to honour the partial refund.
My cases were picked up on the 15th of August and I have received them today the 25th of september.
After a lengthy and expensive process, i have got my cases.
The company filled out the paperwork wrong and put me as the shipping agent when it should have been them. The also sent a big and small case as freight. Due to sending it by freight, i have had to spend 20,000 pesos in the dominican republic getting the cases released to me. fees are charged daily. The cases were declared as personal belongings and should never have been sent as freight.
Punta Cana Airport have told me that if my luggage had been sent correctly then i would not have been liable for customs fees. However, my luggage was not sent as luggage like it was suppose to be.
The company are taking no reponsibility for their incompetence and have been obtuse in their handling of this.
Linked to Shipping Force I have asked them to honour what they initally told me inorder to get me to send my cases with them but them have said they are not responsible and have refused to refund me the money that i have paid.
Punta Cana Airport told me that the inital cost to send the cases by shipping force was way too high but they say it is right. It has cost me nearly 700 pounds stirling to send two cases a large and a hand luggage case to the Dominican Republic which is ridculous.
Please save yourself the cost and heartache by staying as far away from this company as possible.

Awful communication and organization now 2 weeks late
Two stars because the people on the phone do their best to help you out.
As for the rest... My shipment has been in the destination city (Barcelona) with TNT for over two weeks and they keep finding excuses for not delivering (couldn't find the address being my personal favorite). Worst of all, I have to call Baggage Hub several times a day because TNT don't call or keep any of their promises.
I'm hoping it'll finally arrive but the way things are going, I expect the shipment to be lost or destroyed before it gets here.
Avoid like the plague.
I paid over $1000 to ship goods from Sweden to the United States, and an additional $250 for insurance. Everything went fine on the front end. But upon arrival, despite having wrapped the contents carefully in bubble wrap and newspaper, I was horrified to discover that 35 items were broken beyond repair. Even a marble cuttingboard--literally a slab of stone--was cracked in half.
The company has refused to compensate me for my loss. Their position is that they compensate only if the entire shipment never arrives; no liability if everything arrives broken, or if only 10% shows up. I have the resources and knowhow, so I am seeking legal action to remedy this issue and to challenge the company's inequitable practices in a court of law. I strongly suggest prospective customers go elsewhere, even if it costs a bit more.

Don’t use the company !!
I was due to have six boxes collected by Baggage Hub to ship airfreight from the UK to Bahrain. When the driver arrived, he was a subcontractor in a plain white van. We loaded up my boxes and then the driver asked me if I had any paperwork for him to sign. I said that it should be him that has the paperwork. Next followed lots of frantic calls to the office. I then get a call from Josh who tells me not to worry, he can track the van. How do you know how many boxes I have loaded I asked? No answer. So I took my boxes off the van. Half an hour later I get an e mail with a collection note attached and an instruction that I could fill this out and ask the driver to sign it if I wanted to. I replied to the mail stating that no professional logistics company would expect you to hand over your goods without a collection note. I cancelled my order and requested a refund of my £50 deposit. That was a week ago and I have still heard nothing. I appointed Pickfords to ship my boxes. A TNT driver arrived later that day, in a uniform, and a liveried vehicle. He attached labels to all of my boxes, scanned them all and filled out a collection note that had a barcode which matched the labels on my boxes. The next day Pickfords called me to say my boxes had arrived safely at their depot. They were cheaper as well !!

Awful company
Awful company. I paid for an express air freight delivery but my packages have been at their despatch centre for two weeks now for no reason? Emails and calls unanswered, no information about when my shipment will arrive, no offer of reimbursement. All of my possessions are in the boxes: it is unbelievably stressful to not have them with me, to not know where they are or when they'll arrive. Just the absolute worst company I have ever interacted with.

Super duper grateful and amazed by the service and support I was given by baggage hub. I am a bride who was getting married and relocating to Canada so as you imagine all the stress that comes with those two major events. I was supported so well by the team at baggage hub every step of the way that it made it ssssooooo easy I almost thought it was fake. Sophia, Liam,Tim and even Chris the gentleman who picked up my shipment were excellent. I cannot fault them at all. I had read some bad reviews online so I was EXTREMELY sceptical of using them but I'm ssooo glad I did. The customer service was next to none. If I had any questions they were answered with clarity. It was easy to get through to them via email and phone. DO NOT HESITATE. USE BAGGAGE HUB. I have already recommended friends who I know are relocating.

Once of the worst companies I've dealt with.....EVER
Everything started well but the problems started shortly afterwards.
My address was submitted prior to the initial quote some 2.5 weeks ahead of any baggage collection but on the day it turned out that my address was too remote to collect from - Something I had advised of on day 1.
Another company was contracted and my initial bill nearly doubled for this service.
I was additionally informed that my payment would only be required when my goods arrived in the UK. I paid my bill but when I arrived in the UK it turned out that my goods had been languishing in my previous country for several weeks.
In short, incompetence, lies and much more besides from one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. AVOID

Appalling service and dreadful customer…
Appalling service and dreadful customer service.
I booked delivery through a company called Gosselin, who bounced me to here (possibly the same company, not sure) to move a few small boxes or personal possession from Italy to Peru, at a cost of around €600. The problems started from day 1.
Nobody arrived to collect my shipping on the agreed date. As I was leaving the country this was obviously a problem. Nobody arrived the next day. Or the day after. It was over a week until the package was collected.
Whilst waiting for the delivery I received no communication from Gosselin, until an email was eventually sent to my place of work explaining that my package was waiting at customs.
I had to spend a whole day travelling to the shipping port at some paperwork had not been attached to the package to declare the items as personal goods. This meant that I didn’t have to pay any tax but did have to pay over $200 in handling and storage fees, which of course I have not been refunded.
When I received my boxes they were heavily damaged, and had not been shrink wrapped, a service I paid extra for. Several items were broken.
I have been in touch for over 3 months, and am still no closer to a resolution. The customer service approach is to apologise and say it will be ‘looked into’, but to never actually do anything which I assume is in the hope that you will give up.
To summarise, I paid €600 euros for a door to door service which was collected late and not delivered, and then was put another $200 out of pocket due to incompetence, for which no resolution has been offered and my constant communication ignored.
Avoid at all costs.
Edit: After posting this review and letting their customer service department know I was told that, completely by coincidence, a refund had in fact been processed that very day and that an offer would be made to me. In light of this I was asked to remove my review.
This was now 20 days ago, and although I have been in touch with them again regarding this 'mystery refund' I have received no further communication or any form of offer for this refund.
