On advice from B&K I took my (complete) working PCP R10 Rifle (in it's case ) for a Service as it was losing air , albeit very slowly. Some weeks later I was advised that the Regulator (?) was defective and no longer manufactured . An alternative (Non-manafacturer's ) regulator could be fitted but not encouraged to do this due to the likely cost which would be incurred . I was told the gun was Working and Tested but failed to retain full pressure and by virtue of this disspointing advice , perhaps I should spoil myself and buy a more up to date / more recent model from B & K when I next visit ? .
Some time later I received a call from one of the assistants (maybe Richard ) as a gentle reminder to call and collect my rifle which I did so with every intention to seek a replacement there and then but told despite the lack of servicing there was a charge for the identifying of the issue , and so be it . HOWEVER, before I could even engage in what would be an ideal replacement gun , when my rifle was produced by the pleasant sales assistant Ryan , it was very evident that it was indeed complete , but MINUS the Magazine ! … Everything else , as it was delivered to B&K was still fitted to the rifle
(Sights / Sound moderator / Gun oil / bag etc - indeed the complete rifle ) but the Magazine was very evidently missing ….? I was told they would look into it and call me back …..Some 3/4 weeks later having received nothing from B&K , I again telephoned and coincidentally spoke to Ryan again who advised his manager (Alan) was dealing with it and was on leave but would contact me on Saturday … Guess what , no call , nothing ! …..
Ryan did advise that they had experienced "another customer" suggesting that sights were fitted and when they came to collect their Gun , but the matter was resolved as their shop is entirely CCTV’d and I naively thought problem solved (!) as they could review the footage when I delivered my gun and simply accept that they have misplaced the magazine as my Rifle was indeed delivered / handed over in Good-Faith to Bagnall and Kirkwood to be Tested and Serviced ( otherwise , how would they be able to fire and test it ? ) and indeed on their own receipt of the gun there was no mention whatsoever of it missing the "Magazine” ? …..
In summary , Bagnall & Kirkwood want me to pay for a non-service and have my Rifle returned …. minus the magazine ?… The analogy I draw from this sorry event is if I took my car into the Dealership for a Service , would I drop it off and leave the garage with the ignition keys in my pocket , thereby prohibiting the car from being serviced as without the the keys or indeed in this case the Magazine, how on earth could it be Serviced and Tested …?
My connection with Bagnall & Kirkwood (SG) goes back a very very long time indeed and genuinely saddened by this entire fiasco and particularly the suggestion that “others” have tried this type of tactic before …….?
My Rifle remains with Bagnall and Kirkwood as it has done so for months now despite their immediate and sole access to their unarguable CCTV system which would resolve this matter immediately , however I very much suspect , others will soon be invited to make a clear determination based on fact alone , including the above .

I purchased a stock for my rifle in error I contacted the company before the stock arrive and they charge me 72 pounds 20%restock fee and 12pound for the cost of delivery at first time that I pay .
I have put a dispute with the bank
But I will never purchased from some unprofessional outfits they act in a very rude and unprofessional way .

For a start the staff were very welcoming from the minute we walked through the door (a much better experience compared to where we'd gone an hour earlier). We were looking for advice and guidance. This was given to us in a calm productive way with no hard sales. Tom went above and beyond with no question being too stupid, especially considering the fact that time was getting close to closing.

He allowed us to go away and digest and debate the information with a little more research. They actually steered us away from previous very expensive advice. Our decision was made and we phoned back to finalise on the Tuesday with everything ready for collection Wednesday evening. We picked the purchases up on Friday where we were helped with the setting up.

We have used the equipment now with great success and satisfaction.

I cannot recommend this shop enough. After multiple and I mean multiple questions that I asked, the advice I got was spot on and professional. Not once did they try to sell me something I was asking about as an extra. Even the expensive stuff. Will be using this shop from now on.

The staff were first class, they told me there may be a back log on the repairs to my rifle and could be as long as the new year. A couple of weeks later I received a call to inform me all repairs had been completed, and at a very resonable price. Excellent service and very helpful staff. I can't praise them enough.

I ordered a seal kit for one of my pcp air rifles but found that the replacement seals for the air cylinder had too small a cross section and didn’t seal, it was as if they were missing, I am an engineer and have fitted hundreds of seals to air and hydraulic systems on submarines which I think makes me the expert, I contacted the company to let them know that I had to fit the old seals to get it to seal, not so much to complain but did think that they would check their supplies, I was told instead that no one else had complained and the conversation ended, I thought no more about it until I tried on a couple of occasions to order other parts to find that I have been blocked from ordering. What wonderful customer service they have

I ordered a stock for my rifle and they called within 10 minutes to check that all my details were correct and he said it would be with me the next day and it was 10/10 service couldn't recommend them more !

It is quite unusual to get good service in this county nowadays, but these guys and girls buck the trend. Once you place an order, you are kept in the loop at every step. And then you get another mail and then the despatch note. And if you mail the spares department for additional info, their response is also excellent. This is a well run business with customer service at its heart. How refreshing.
