I showed interest and I got contacted by Amy Wang right away, I am new to embroidery and so far I am very happy with the Bai Mirror and the technical support I have received.

The Bai team are so responsive! I appreciate all their help in trying to get me up and running. Quick response and noticed my issue right away. Was able to center my design and I'm currently stitching it now!

I have had to contact Bai support a few times. Some were to fix user errors. Some were to help me figure out how to do certain things. Each time Luke was able to understand what I needed, even if I wasnt sure what I was saying, and easily explained to me either how to fix the problem or adjust some settings to get the machine to do what I needed. And every time the issues were resolved in less than 30 mins. I have never once had a problem with the customer service with Bai. I highly recommend the Bai machine and their customer service.

Purchased my embroidery machine from the Bai store and it was only 1 month old before ab axis motor went out. My tech Luke was super helpful and got a motor shipped to me super fast. 5star technicians, 5star service.

New to embroidery. I bought the machine, set it up and hit the ground running. No issues whatsoever. I haven’t needed support as everything went smoothly. I watched all the videos recommended by my rep and anything else others I could find. The rep and support are very active online and in the groups and seem to respond promptly helping people with issues. Majority of question and problems I see in the groups are user error and you can tell by the nature of the questions that they haven’t watched the recommended videos. I was very nervous buying this machine living in the most isolated capital city in the world Perth Western Australia meaning I rely 100% on online help. I feel confident that support could talk me through any repairs in the future

Best purchase I’ve made in embroidery! The machine itself is quality with all the extras you could possibly need lots of hoops and threads etc, the online support for maintenance and any issues is the best I’ve ever had for any technology and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

We purchased the BAi MIRROR directly from their warehouse in Houston, late November 2025. Every aspect of the process was seamless. We were immediately connected to a Sales Rep via FaceBook and from there, she provided a Support Rep who has been vital in my learning experience. Aside from the machine itself, the level of customer support is my favorite aspect of BAi.
I was sent numerous videos to review prior to the set-up .... every topic has a YouTube video for support, and messaging via Facebook has proven incredibly convenient, despite the time difference. As a novice to embroidery, I benefitted from the tutorials and have had numerous questions that my Support Rep easily answered. Weekly, I receive messages from him, checking in on the machine.
I have successfully stitching over 75 hats, multiple shirts/sweatshirts, canvas bags, baby items and towels. The machine is incredible! I highly recommend BAi MIRROR to anyone looking for a solid, quality machine. This is my hobby, but I am confident the MIRROR would keep up with any business plan.

Love this machine! I purchased through Helen on the website and then was assigned Kai as my tech to help with any troubleshooting. He’s been so helpful! I had never embroidered in my life and started with this machine first and I love it!

Bought the BAI Mirror in Dec 2025 . The machine is a work horse! When I ordered the machine, I had no clue about embroidery at all, when I received the Mirror it was so easy to use. The company also helps you when you do run into a small hiccup. From the sales to the support staff, you could not ask for better service! A few weeks ago I went and purchased a Poolin 2 in 1 sewing machine to compliment the Mirror. Very happy so far with the Poolin also… Kai was there every step of the way, making sure that as a customer I was happy and if I needed any help . He checks in every week to see if I have any concerns or queries…. Service in my opinion is above and beyond!

Every time I see ppl ask for multi needle embroidery machine, I always recommend BAI! Not only bc it is a fantastic machine, but bc I see first hand DAILY how dedicated and supportive they are on social media to assist customers. For the fist time- I was able to experience this for myself, and I am extremely impressed with how attentive and dedicated they are. I was beyond stressed on what could have been going wrong, they asked for pictures, went step by step, provide exact links and photos with exactly I should be working on. And WOW, my machine is back to normal! I can’t recommend them enough. If you want and industrial machine, at great price point, and amazing customer service service- you will not go wrong with Bai! I have already warned my husband that when the time is right, I will absolutely add another BAI! And after the troubleshooting we just went through, he said the same! He is very pleased with the support we received from Luke Ren and Corey Yang!
