El servicio al cliente es excelente, siempre han sido amables y nos han solucionado los problemas que hasta ahora hemos tenido con la maquina.
El entrenamiento asido de mucha ayuda para nosotras.
El personal de la empresa ha sido muy competente para ayudarnos con cada uno de nuestros proyectos.
Nosotras si recomendamos hacer negociaciones con la empresa Ricoma.

Beware buying Ricoma equipment with…

Beware buying Ricoma equipment with financing especially with TIME PAYMENT! I was promised that no extra charges and all as long as I pay off the amount in 12 months. Guess what? They will try to charge every peny they could charge you on top of you purchase amount with ricoma. You'll be in bad spot if you this so Please stay away from these companies if you're not buying the machine from you're own pocket or cards.

Ricoma is just fantastic!

Let me tell you why.

After a few years of screen printing and heat-pressing vinyl prints, we wanted to get into embroidery. Since we weren’t sure yet if it would really be something for us, we didn’t want to spend thousands of euros on a machine right away. Then we noticed the New Year’s deal from Ricoma. It wasn’t an entry-level machine, but also not the most high-end model they offer—just a great demo machine in almost new condition that we could actually afford.

Ordering and delivery went smoothly, and the setup was easy as well. However, on the day of the training (yes—everyone who buys a Ricoma machine gets one-on-one training!), the machine failed and went into error mode. I have to admit, I panicked a little at that point.

But Ricoma’s support team really stepped up. They helped us with pictures and step-by-step instructions to resolve the problem. Because it was a demo machine that had been sitting unused for quite some time, it simply needed a lot of oil and some TLC 😊.

It took a few days to get everything sorted out (time zones and such), but they stayed with us until the machine was running perfectly again. As soon as the necessary parts were properly oiled, I was able to start embroidering.

And don’t forget: Ricoma delivers their machines with **everything you need to get started**—maintenance materials, threads, backing, hoops, and more.

Cristian had the patience of a saint and did not give up!! I can NOT give him enough praise!!

My machine was all messed up from me trying to fix it myself..... so not be me..... call Cristian first lol

Great machines

I have owned my MT-1501 embroidery for 3 years. There has definetly been a learning curve. I can agree with some of the negative reviews as far as customer service and trying to get ahold of someone and waiting over a week for a response. I had an issue with a blind stitch machine I purchased from them. The picture adverstised was not the machine I received. I immediately contacted customer service and it took 6 weeks for them to ship out the replacement machine, still not the same machine advertised. Both the MT-1501 and blind stitch machines work great. I met a representive at the Impressions Expo in Long Beach and he immediately responded to the issue I had with the embroidery brackets, and I was very happy they resolved my issue, Ana's customer service was amazing! (5 stars for her). The MT-1501 is a workhorse and will get the job done. I took one star away because I do agree with other reviews on customer service. Its so frustrating to run a business and have to wait so long for a response. Again, machines are great.

My MT 2001-8 accidentally went off center on the 5x5 Mighty Hoop. After numerous attempts, I was unable to re-center it and contacted Ricoma support. I was immediately assisted by Yanny Santos who forwarded me the step-by-step process on how to re-center my machine. After re-centering my machine Yanny Santos followed up with me to ensure that my issue was resolved.
I would like to thank Yanny Santos and the Ricoma tech support team for their immediate assistance.
This was first class support at its best.

Ricomas customer technical support

Ricomas customer service department is non-existent. The only time help is available is when you need to buy parts from them. When the machine is down you have to wait over 2 weeks for any reply or any kind of assistance which is horrible trying to run an embroidery business

Waste of money for a plastic feeling transfer

First of all the software was not transferable so I had to set up a payment plan for a $644.31 program to even be able to use the printer. When I first ordered it they took over a week to even activate it. I called several times. Then they told me they provide no support for just the program I was told because I bought a second hand printer they couldn't help me. I still bought it and I used their 2 Step transfer paper and let me tell you these transfers feel like plastic sitting on the shirt even after several washes. I tried different materials too and it feel worse than vinyl. It didn't take me long to figure out that I hated the feel of the printer and it was a pain to peal it each time as well. I requested to cancel it after only a month and they sent me a bill for the restock fee?? I do not feel there should be a restocking fee for a "digital item" their bill said
Refund Amount:$461.36
Remaining Balance: $182.95 that's right they are expecting me to pay $182 for restocking a digital program.

My experience with Ricoma Tech Support…

My experience with Ricoma Tech Support was extremely helpful. My technician today was Shirlen Aguilar. She went above and beyond to help me. She was professional, polite and very patient with me. Thank you so much Ricoma and Shirlen. I give her 5 out of 5 stars!!

I bought Ricoma EM 1010

I bought a Ricoma em1010 and it has been nightmare ever since I got it. I have called the company and never any help just sarcastic and unwilling to help. This machine breaks down all the time. I will NEVER buy from Ricoma again. Their products are bad and their customer service is even worse. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND THIS MACHINE HAS MADE ME LOSE MANY JOBS AND MONEY.
