Once again the services of Baker Ashley Solicitors outstanding. It's the small things I noticed, going the extra mile to address any issues I may encounter. This month was very busy, but once I can always rely on the services of Barker Ashley Solicitors.

A simple sale took over 4months! Documents from our buyer were not passed on - some queries had been at Baker Ashley for two weeks and were only passed to us when we complained and asked where they were! Action was only taken on our sale when we chased up or complained. Don’t even bother with the complaints procedure - not taken seriously and she wasted time on phone call asking when we had received an out of office notification - not about the lack of communications or timely processing of documents! we received an email a month after the house was sold saying our complaint was not upheld. Would never ever use again or recommend to anyone.

It turned out to be a much longer process than originally envisaged, with a number of sales falling through for various reasons. But Sam, Caroline and the whole team at Baker Ashley were great all the way through. Efficient, prompt and communicative at all times, we couldn't have asked for more and have no hestitation at all in recommending them.

I recently used Baker Ashley to navigate a workplace redundancy settlement agreement, and I can't recommend them enough. From the very beginning, they were incredibly supportive, taking the time to explain every detail of the agreement in a way that I could understand.
