Having moved home a few times, I can honestly say this was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Tom was clear, communicative, and supportive throughout the entire process. Buying an unusual probate property came with a number of queries and complexities, but Tom hypothetically held my hand every step of the way, making everything feel far less stressful and much easier to navigate.

He was highly efficient, friendly, and consistently went above and beyond. Tom was proactive in encouraging communication and liaising with the other solicitors to secure prompt and efficient responses, which really helped keep things progressing smoothly.
