Huge variety of authentic imported products, UK based and fast delivery, everything was well packed. Contacted them and service was very quick and efficient, no hassle at all. Will use again, and recommend. I only wish ingredients lists could be added, but these can change a lot so maybe it's better to check other official sources, or to simply ask them if unsure.

I have been using Bakkali for a while. More than five orders now,and I can confidently say they are excellent and very promising.the prices are affordable. The packing is excellent and tailored. Easily laid out website. The minimum order is the lowest I have ever seen.I don't even need to think twice before placing an order. The delivery was quite good and the whole package was also super , especially the meat. There was a missing item in my parcel but after contacting the customer service they will sort it out. The meat was packed and well sealed but i haven't tried them yet.In general, it was a nice experience and hopefully it will be my dependable shop.

Good range of products and prompt delivery.

I was looking for a certain product which I had to travel to London to buy, unfortunately the shop stopped selling the product then I came across bakkali online and found the product it’s called molokhia so I made an order and it was delivered by DPD free of charge. I am so please I came across this online shop which I have told friends and family about and the prices are great and the selection of foods are amazing. Take a look you will not be disappointed

I recently ordered 3 bottles of Alnasr Sudanese sesame oil, but when the package arrived, I was surprised to find a different brand, Sofra, instead. While many people might consider them the same, as a Sudanese native who’s familiar with both products and the regions where they’re made, I feel they’re different.
At first, I was upset and felt misled, so I contacted customer support. I was assisted by Parthiv, who was incredibly polite and professional. He explained that there is an option to accept substitutes during checkout, and since I had left that box checked and the Alnasr oil was out of stock, they sent me the alternative. He acknowledged that this option might not be obvious to everyone and apologized for the misunderstanding, offering a full refund without hesitation.
When I asked how to return the bottles I received, Parthiv told me I could keep them. In just two minutes, he resolved my issue with remarkable efficiency and courtesy.
As someone who shops online frequently, this was by far the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Parthiv’s professionalism truly stood out, and that’s why I felt compelled to write this review.

This time quality of everything gone to lowest level
1- Packing was horrible in terms of hygiene ( blood everywhere , it was cleaned properly)
2. Chicken supposed to be in 6 pieces but it was in 4 pieces ( bigger than expected and had cut in home by myself)
3. This time not happy at all .

It’s the first time I have used Bakkali and found the experience first class Delivery was within two days and as I bought fresh produce it came well insulated and was really fresh . I would Highly Recommend .

Amazing my dog's loved the liver

I have placed orders with every uk supermarket before, and bakkali is the best. (I ordered 3 times with them) The way they pack the meat especially, the quality of the meat and produce, the instructions on it. It's really my favourite. The choice is very good as well, you get items that are hard to get in the shops. Love it!
