An odd setup. New to Balance, I Ordered a single origin bundle, thinking of it as a taster pack to find a coffee I like.

I thought it was successful, found two I did like, one I didn’t. Only to find out I cannot purchase these individually.

Received Mixed messages from the team at Balance on whether coffee can be swapped out. Ultimately wasn’t possible. Loved the coffee, but frustrated to not be able to purchase again.

If Balance spent less time on marketing claims about toxicity etc and more time (and opportunity) for their great coffee to do the talking, I’m sure they’d be one of the best in the uk!

I love Balance coffee, it’s revolutionized my coffee drinking. Particularly since hitting the peri-menopause! Coffee used to make me jittery and anxious - now it makes me sharp and energized.
And - it tastes so much better in my new cup (a free gift as part of my subscription), I can’t explain it, perhaps less milk, but it’s incredible - thank you!

I bought a filter coffee machine for my partner as a Christmas present as he is an avid coffee drinker! I’m not…so I simply google reviewed a lot of different brands for ground coffee. I liked the thought of how clean Balance was, so gave it a go…and it’s amazing!
Even me (the tea drinker of the house), absolutely love the coffee! It’s SO smooth & tastes are subtle, but lovely. We will definitely be ordering from you again…

They shipped coffee when there was no subscription in my account. Allegedly, due to a "system upgrade" the subscription was hidden from my account. I must have tried to pause it after receiving last order and thought I already cancelled it. It took me sometime but I am sure it's their trick to sell more coffee because most people will just accept an unwanted delivery (and pay for it).

But, I couldn't take it because I had enough coffee in stock (and I care about bean freshness). But they didn't make the return any easier:
- The first asked to refuse the delivery, but RoyalMail just left the box and left.
- Then they asked me to go to the post office, pay for the return and ship. Why would I pay for the return?
- When I asked to give me a return postage, they simply stopped responding to my email.

So you are warned, if you have the card details saved, remove it now.

How is the coffee?
It's nothing special, your local coffee roaster most likely have coffee of same taste and quality. Just buy local and help your community.

If this coffee were that much better Balance coffee wouldn't have to try to trick people into accepting an extra delivery like this.

Be careful with this company, they are doing something dodgy with a credit cards. They are charging online purchase as cash so the bank is applying interest on every purchase.
Talked to their support but they solved nothing.
Will be cancelling subscription.

I love coffee but unfortunately over the years I’ve had stomach problems when ever I drank coffee. I saw the Balance Coffee advert on instagram and checked out the website. James explains that their coffee is 100% organic and mold free. So I decided to try some and it fantastic. The best coffee I’ve ever had and no stomach issues. They did a Christmas coffee which is amazing.
I won’t buy or use any other coffee now.

Absolutely love the latest delivery from Balance Coffee, the Christmas special is wonderful. As always, excellent service, I cannot recommend these guys enough!

I have tried many different coffee’s over the last few years . And they have been ok. But I wanted something better , cleaner and eco friendly

Great tasting coffee and you know the story from bean to cup.
I am drinking the halcyon decaf at the moment. It beautiful mild and creamy
I have even bought for family and friends to try. Fantastic coffee.
Great company, nothing too much trouble. So glad I did my research.

Wonderful coffee. We've been drinking Balance for almost a year now (we have subscription for every 21 day), so I can confidently say it truly does improve our well-being. I can drink as much as I want throughout the day (even before bed) and never have that feeling of a stone in my stomach or that overstimulation where it feels like my body is shaking. And if you set up your coffee machine correctly, you can really taste the nutty and chocolate flavors. I also want to highlight the excellent Customer Support team, who will help you and answer all your questions.

I am happy with excellent service and response with my emails very quickly.

Nice to see a company doing the right thing

I've been subscribing to Balance coffee for a while and will continue to do so. The coffee is delicious and always arrives very quickly after ordering.

We buy whole beans and grind them at home, but when I have received a few free gifts (always a nice touch and a welcome addition) that are pre-ground, the coffee still tastes just as fresh.

We drink a lot of decaf in our house, and Balance's Halcyon Blend is by far the best of anything I have previously been able to buy. It is smooth, great tasting, and has a really nice after taste.

When I had an issue with an order, I contacted the team at Balance and they could not have been more helpful. They responded within hours (even late on a Saturday!) and addressed the problem straightaway.

It's a great brand with a great product, and much better than any coffee I have bought from anywhere else. It's a bit more expensive than what you can buy in shops, but you get what you pay for - it's fresher, far tastier, and not mass-produced. I won't buy coffee from anywhere else.

This coffee is special in all its notes, the taste, smell, color are the best, really good non-toxic coffee is hard to find these days, but they do exist! Please try it and you will understand what I am talking about.Thank you.
