I’ve ordered a few items from Banter Cards and been delighted with them all. The friendliest people to deal with!

Made several orders over the years.
Always order my self a sweary calender, the quailty is great, and I absolutely love their sweary pens. Keep up the good work guys 😊 merry Xmas

Amazing company, amazing products, amazing customer service, all around amazing!!

Ordered 3 secret Santa presents from here both great quality as usual and the recipient's loved them. It did take 10 days to come but that was a Royal Mail issue not banter cards. Great customer service as they responded quickly and helped with the Royal Mail mess up. Will be buying again!

Ordered on 18th November, chased on the 5th December and was told I should have received it by now. Was then told they would chase it with Royal Mail, didn’t hear anything for a week so chased again and no reply. Had to get a refund through PayPal. Plenty of other companies offer similar so won’t be using these jokers again. BTW if Toni tells you they are looking into it - good luck!!!!

Placed an order easy site to use my cards arrived today I’m still chuckling they are great!! only took a few days to arrive I found the quality of the cards good they are solid not flimsy will be ordering more in the future

Edited: I’m happy to say I now have the goods! I was contacted a day or two after I left this review and advised my order had been sent out but the status had not been updated. Unfortunately the parcel then went missing on its way to me. The member of staff was very helpful and contacted Royal Mail who could not give further tracking details so she arranged for the order to be sent again. It came the next day.

The goods are of excellent quality and I’m glad I got them - not just because of the cost/inconvenience but because these particular items are perfect for the recipients.

They are obviously very busy at this time of year and I would advise to order well in advance. I was told packaging orders is prioritised over correspondence at this time of year so even if their own automated replies say they’ll be in touch within 48 hours, that may not happen.

(Original review - I placed an order on 24 November and I’m still waiting for it. It’s a busy time of year but the website said orders would be dispatched in 5 days so we’ve passed that. I have filled in two ‘contact us’ forms on the website and sent two emails but have not received a response. So I’m £46 out of pocket and it looks like I’ll have to shell out on alternative gifts and go out and get some more.

Pretty disappointed as I’ve ordered from Banter Cards before and there have been no problems. Pamela N)

Excellent service & brilliantly funny products. I bought the ‘ Would you rather ‘ game for my friends birthday and we were in hysterics playing it. It cheered me up so much after an awfully sad week . Thank you 🙏

Swift and well priced.
My card was an A4 size and the quality is amazing. Other cards from other card sites would be all limp and floppy.

If you give Banter Cards a go you will not be disappointed.

Ordered a Dog Sh**tting pop-up calendar from Banter Cards as a Secret Santa gift - well impressed with the quality, it's exactly what I wanted. Dispatched/delivered ahead of expected date right before Christmas and when I had a query I got a super-fast response. Highly recommend!!

Excellent communication from the company. I’ve ordered a couple of items from the company. First order was a tea towel with the print ‘DON”T TOUCH MY TEA TOWEL’. Good quality tea towel and the print doesn’t fade. Second order which I have received was a custom made tea towel for this Christmas as a gift. I requested for the design they had for the beach towel with the print ‘I’m on Santa’s naughty list for having a hairy fanny’. The print looks amazing. Highly recommend this company.

I was really impressed with the customer service. Not only was Jaye really friendly, but she went out of her way to check that she customised my order to my liking.

I ordered a puzzle with a family photo on it and by having it landscape, some of the image was cut out.

I feel most companies would put the order through in landscape without asking, as the cropping wasn’t that bad and that’s standard for puzzles. Not Banter Cards though, they rang me to ask and followed up with an email to show landscape vs portrait.

This really exceeded my expectations, very considerate of them and as mentioned really friendly all the way through. Thank you Jaye and the team!
