What amazing service!! I had somehow lost my ticket information and was really panicking! Megan at Entertainers Tickets sorted it out straight away and sent me all the information again and was so so lovely about it. I have bought tickets through them before and received a text before the performance as well as the emailed tickets. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Total rip off. They advertise tickets that are higher than the venue prices.
They don't also make you aware of where the extra charges are being added.
I wouldn't book with these people again. It's normally significantly cheaper to go straight to the venue.

We’re sorry you feel this way, but we do want to clarify how our pricing works.
Entertainers is the producer and promoter of the show, not simply a third-party ticket reseller. The face value of our tickets is never inflated above the price sold at the venue direct.
As with most ticketing providers, a booking fee is charged to cover the cost of providing the ticketing and customer service operation. Some venues also require us to collect a separate venue restoration levy or facility fee on their behalf.
Importantly, in line with UK consumer pricing law, the total price you will pay is shown clearly and upfront from the outset. We do not advertise a lower price and then add unavoidable charges at the final stage of checkout.
There can occasionally be differences between sales channels depending on the venue’s own arrangements, allocations or fees, but we always aim to make the total cost completely transparent before a customer chooses to purchase.
We genuinely value our customers, and we believe our 4.8 Trustpilot rating reflects the level of service we work hard to provide.
