The staff in Inverness are always polite, friendly and cheerful and always greet me with a smile and a hello. They are very helpful, always taking the time to ensure I make the right choice without any pressure.

Service is excellent - if they don't have what I'm looking for in store, but it's available in another store they offer to get it sent up. They will even obtain quote for bespoke items 🙂

I approached the Livingston store to ask how I would go about cleaning my engagement ring that I have had for 10 years . A lovely lady Eunice said to me if you want to leave it with me while you get your shopping I can do it now. I didn’t realise this service was free or could be done right away. Great customer service and a really friendly store . Thanks again
