From the minute we walked in the door we felt cared for and very special. We were offered Prosecco and beer with oodles of time and consideration being spent on what I was looking for (which by the way wasn’t easy!). A truly exceptional service. George, Keavy and Rebecca were friendly chatty and made us feel at ease and helped us hugely to buy several pairs of earrings which I absolutely adore.

Pauline was a fantastic help when I was picking out my new engagement ring, nothing was too much trouble on each visit. Would definitely come back to this store and ask for Pauline. 5 stars
