Bare Face Avis 80

Ordered bye bye redness it cosmetics.It arrived today but it’s clearly fake .It’s so runny and a weird colour and the pot is only half full The labels are fake too .I have used this product constantly for a few years and so know what it should be like .I contacted the manufacturer and they confirm the batch number is fake .Scam do not buy !!
I would like my money back or will be filing a dispute through paypal

EDIT- I did indeed receive a replacement/correct product from Bareface so all was good in the end.

Delivery fast and price good but the wrong product came. I have searched high and low for Nip+Fab dragons blood hylauronic shot, they had it so i ordered. That is not what arrived, they had sent the serum version which can be bought anywhere. Anyway as I'm desperate I've tried it and it is horrible all sticky on my face. So dissappointed no chance I will get a replacement now so close to xmas with the post. Gutted

My order got lost en route to Ireland from the UK ( The Irish Postal Servicea fault) and I thought it was gone for good. I emailed isabella in Bare Face Customer Service and she tracked it down and reposted it to me. So happy with this company's customer service.

I have only given 3 star rating because of very slow shipping process. Most other companies ship their orders within 5 working days which is not the case with Bare Face.

didn’t even receive my shipment.. worst customer service and paid for next day delivery which an extra 4 pounds and still didn’t receive anything!!!

Order #17389 Updated review. I ordered the TIMELESS 20% Vitamin C & E Ferulic Acid Serum on 22 August and had confirmation of the order but not received any confirmation that the order had been shipped. After not receiving a response to my email asking where the order is, I left a strong negative review.
I have since been contacted by Bare Face to advise my order will be shipped out immediately or I can request a refund. I have been in contact with Isabella to receive a refund.

Excellent service and a lot cheaper than other beauty product providers.

Unfortunately I was sent the used tester instead of the new palette but Bareface were very quick to rectify the situation once they became aware of the mistake. They were apologetic and refunded straight away. I received the item in Switzerland very quickly so the postage was great but international deliveries can be very hit and miss since both Brexit and Covid so if it was delayed it would have been out of the control of the shop owners

The service was 10/10. It was as expected with no issues delivering. Packaging was not damaged.

Ordered my product a week ago and paid extra for express delivery and the item still hasnt arrived. Neither have i been issued a refund or been contacted. First time using Bare Face and I'm honestly put off.

The delivery was disappointing

The company failed to inform me about how much customs duty is, and that with shipping which was 14 euros, I would end up paying more for shipping than the product I was purchasing. And if this wasn't enough, then it took more than three weeks for my parcel to show up, even though I paid such a big amount. I wouldn't recommend buying anything here, especially if you live outside of the UK.

Just what I wanted and arrived quickly and well packaged

Delivery and product were great, just what you want from an online purchase.

I bought 120ml Timeless Vitamin CE Ferulic acid but received 30ml instead. After emailing the sales to verify, there is no reply. Feel really cheated.

The service was good however when my product arrived, it had oxidised (vit c product). I’ve bought the brand elsewhere before (tineless) so disappointed in the quality of the product.
