I have loved everything I’ve ordered from this company. However, I bought a raincoat for my 20 lb. dog and it is almost impossible to put on because the zip is on the underside of the coat. Why the zip is not at the top where you can reach it is beyond me. I have to wonder if they have ever tried putting one of these coats on a dog…..

Really cute products, great quality but expensive and no way to contact this company. We have been desperately trying to exchange for a different size and have received no response. There is no phone number and no working email. At this point we just want our money back for our very expensive dog collar that does not fit

Never received my order and have gotten no response from them for 3 different msgs I've sent
I just placed an order at the beginning of this month, for the first time, and paid 260 dollars, but never received the order, despite of getting an email msg saying it had been delivered. I have emailed them about this issue at 3 different times and have gotten no response. There is no customer service number and at this point I'm extremely upset about the whole experience!

Cleared Up Pitt's Skin Problems!
Love this product! It cleared up these bumps that had been on my Pitt Mix's head for months in just a few weeks! Plus both dogs love the added flavor to their daily meals!
