Super responsive property management company
I've lived in Geneva Court for over 10 years. Barosa is by far the best property management company we have had in that time. They are super responsive, polite and efficient. They have ensured that the building meets all of the relevant safety standards and they carried out a comprehensive maintenance review. I have also been impressed at the way repairs have been managed economically. Our old lift was bespoke and maintenance was always expensive. Barosa arranged replacement of the lift with generic components so that it is much cheaper to maintain. I highly recommend Barosa - excellent service.
