customer service is there when you need it, no long processes depositing or withdrawing, no hassle playing. many sites including the national lottery are really poor compared to basswin. I cannot compare its a great site and the amount of bonuses are really cool. Plenty of competitions and very good to have demo play on games too.

I would strongly advise people to avoid this casino.
I deposited approximately £9,000 using my credit cards and managed to build my balance up to around £7,500. When I tried to withdraw just £400 (which is the maximum withdrawal allowed), my requests kept getting rejected.
I first attempted withdrawals with my Monzo card three times and each one was rejected. Support then told me to create and verify a Revolut card because they said withdrawals work better with that provider. I followed their instructions exactly, verified the card and submitted the withdrawal again.
The withdrawal was approved but then rejected again with no proper explanation.
I have fully complied with everything they have asked me to do, yet they are still not allowing me to withdraw any of my money. It feels like they are happy to accept deposits but make it extremely difficult or impossible to withdraw winnings.
Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about depositing money here.

I deposited 20 quid onto this site after setting up my account, I won just under £3000! I honestly did not believe it would pay me out, but after I verified my account I could withdraw. The reason I am giving it only 3 stars is because you have to wait 36 hours from requesting withdrawal to it being approved, once it is approved the money goes in instantly. But, you can only withdraw 400 at a time, so it takes ages to withdraw the full amount, but I did receive the full pay out eventually!

The first ever deposit I made I won £200 and couldn’t withdraw it, then I was bombarded with calls from my “personal account manager” explained my concerns, and was given a decent no wager bonus as compensation….not 1p returned.

I’ve finally closed my account now. It’s obviously a scam at this point. I am gutted because I have lost over £50,000 on this site now and only ever successfully withdrawn €200, constant rejections and excuses about using a different card.

The win rate is the worst I’ve ever come across.. easily playing through £1000 on €1/2 euro spins with no features at all is an obvious fix.

I can’t afford to keep playing on this scam site which doesn’t allow me to withdraw even if I wanted to. Even then I’m only allowed to try and withdraw €400 at a time.
