Basswin is allowing Gamstop Registered people to join them and then they bombard you texts to deposit more money and links to other affiliated Casino's. I had to open a Resolut Account in order to recieve £200 in winnings and only got £179 -£21? This happens on every small win and then also have the cheek to ask for a tip? 🤣🤣🤣

You also get texts saying you have won a 20K lottery but the prize never appears in your resolut account. If you challenge the win you are gaslighted that you are being ridiculous to expect 20k in your account?

I’ve deposited quite a bit with this casino over the year, had a couple of wins but nothing compared to what I’ve deposited. However yesterday I was lucky enough to have a huge win of €20,069. However upon trying to begin withdrawal, they cleared my balance and accused me of cheating, refusing to pay me out. Now being spoke to like a child by a man called Alex who claims to be my account manager.

Please DO NOT give these people money, they’ll take yours straight away, then not pay you out when you win. They also spam call and text you at all hours of the day, you can’t stop it.

Please please please do not deposit any money into this scam casino. You probably won’t win anything but if you do, don’t expect to withdraw it. It’s impossible. The verification process isn’t fit for purpose, you literally can’t compete it. When you try a withdraw, you must have a Mastercard as the only withdrawal method, even though you can deposit with apple pay a visa. But if you don’t have a Mastercard it’s ok, they will send you links to get one. Massive red flags of fraud and scamming. Please please please take my word that you will never be able withdraw any winnings, it’s a scam. I hope I stop anyone from making the same mistake I did.

So joined, deposited using my Visa, Id won a small amount so thought id quit while ahead, I had to jump through hoops to get verified, THEN, I was told I can only withdraw to Mastercard, they pointed me out to SKRILL, (who charge just short of a tenner for the card, and charge a percentage to transfer money into the Skrill account AND to withdraw from, plus there is a 400€ limit withdraw, 1st couple of times i played on this site from opening, I won a small fortune, started the withdrawal process (400€) days passed still processing, (they dont take the withdrawal amount from your balance btw) then theres a prefilled (25€) to tip ur account manager!!! Pffft!!! After reading the reviews on here I knew i wasnt going to get the money, so i played 400€ through, quelle surprise, barely any payouts n not a bonus in site!! When I asked for a proper complaint escalation, they directed me to the same email I’d already been using — proving they have no real complaints process. And despite claiming to be “self-regulated,” they’ve refused to provide license information or who oversees their operations.

To this day, my money is gone, and not a single genuine effort has been made to help me — not even a goodwill gesture, not even basic respect. Their conduct feels unethical, unregulated, and deeply suspicious.

If you’re considering joining BassWin, I strongly urge you to think twice. There are many legitimate, regulated casinos that treat their customers fairly and transparently — BassWin is not one of them.
