Their products are a %100 real/non toxic and this is why I'm a happy customer. My hair and scalp has improved to a much healthier head of hair. No itchy scalp anymore and my hair is softer and overall naturally growing just nicely. Healthier hair and scalp is what to look forward to when using Batana Oil. I Love it! :)

I received my shampoo and conditioner…
I received my shampoo and conditioner today. I just used it and it has a nice lather but more so the conditioner also leaves my hair soft . I have been dealing with splitting ends so I’m praying this helps with that too but will report back in 4 weeks

i LOVE this product. Batanababe.com I bought the shampoo and conditioner and just used it. My hair is so soft. I have had such a terrible time with other products itching my scalp and all the chemicals but this product the oil, the paste, now the shampoo and conditioner. I am so relieved to have finally found something that helps my hair, not harms it.

Received a rude email for reporting bad product
When I opened my order, it was multicolored with what looked like dry areas with liquid on top. I mixed everything together with my finger and noticed chunks that would not smooth out. I reached out to batana babe to let them know and sent pictures. Received a rude email stating because they are certified authentic that it means its a good product. Its not. My pictures show the texture is all wrong. I sent these pictures to them so they could see it themselves. I cant even use it because it won't incorporate together. Terrible customer service and satisfaction. If they do have a certificate of authenticity, it was paid for.

First and foremost this is a complete lie. Let’s begin where your lies and misconception stem from.
1. Real 100% batana oil is made from extraction. Not a green paste like that made in China. You have seen fake ads and tried to compare our product to the fake garbage seen there. That is not us nor will it ever be
2. You wanted to refund an open product which is against our policy. And started threatening us and blackmailing us with a review. Nope not happening . I stand by my product and my company.
3. I also showed you import records and authenticity certifications - which you now say is bought ? So my company name , business ID and everything on the paper is bought ? Ridiculous
4. We will be filing a claim against you for defamation. I stand by everything we sell and looking at your profile reviews - you have a habit of threatening companies for a refund.

This oil is wonderful
This oil is wonderful. I love the smell and how well it melts so silky in my hands.
I put it in hair and it changed the texture to a smoother, silkier and straighter hair.
I could not keep my hands out of my own hair. My hair has never been this nice and beautiful of other products I used. I just used it so I can not give growth results yet but when I see any results I will give another report.
This product is so good I am expecting the best result.

Delay in receiving products
I placed order dec 28 I received an email on 12/30 stating they were just seeing my email apologizing for the delay . The next email i received they are waiting for batch to arrive from Honduras. It is currently in FDA clearance at Customs. It should be arriving this week ( I am hoping in the next day or two). Once I receive it, I will be packing them ASAP to get them shipped this week. Again , I sincerely apologize for the delay ! Didn't receive products
until January 12. I email customer service 2 times I mention that since I patiently waited for these products longer than I expected, I thought you might have considered offering me a courtesy discount. As of 1/15 I still haven't gotten a reply. Therefore, i will not support this business again!

I bought Batana Babe from a farmers market. Did not know it was this big or anything about them. For now I will say I am impressed by their owner and the packaging . For me first appearances are everything and I am impressed by this company .

Due to unfortunate situations in my life I have a lot of stress and been seeing a lot of hair loss. I’ve been looking into other ways to grow hair besides taking meds. I heard about batana oil from Dr sebi and I am impressed with the results. I also shared with my family my pictures of hair growth and they were shocked too. I don’t know if it’s all due to the oil but that was the only new thing I tried

I tried for weeks to find a company that actually sells real and authentic batana oil and stumbled across batana babe after weeks ofSearching on YouTube. I highly recommend them - they are the real deal. I use their shampoo and conditioner weekly along with their batana oil. I also have their hair mask but it’s not available now.

Shipping took over 3 weeks
Shipping took weeks. It was blamed on the tariffs. Once I received the product with no instructions for use I was disappointed. The bottle with the eye dropper contained an oil that about the color of the stars here, except it was a reddish burnt orange. The label was so long that it wrapped on top of verbage that had information concerning usage. The color is closer to red, no amber. The other container had a product that smelled like coffee. It was the color of ground coffee. The product was so hard I had to cut it with a knife. I finally put it in the microwave to get it out. After use, I found it near impossible to wash out of my gray streaks, which are now Garfield the cat orange. Horrible product. I post before during and after on my social media pages. Horrible product coffee product. I received an email that it was shipped Dec 17, 2026. That date was later changed 3 times. They later said they were out of product because of tariffs…… The shipping date changed 3 times. When finally shipped, I received an email stating it was delivered to a neighbor per my instructions. I never gave those instructions. I am retired and home all day. Such a bad experience. ....I replied to the emails you sent after this review. So, you do have me on file.
