Hey ik heb 2 april bij jullie besteld (#70123KN) 2+2 gratis nu is het 17 april en de status van mijn bestelling staat nogsteeds op confirmed ik heb daarbuiten ook 2 e-mails naar jullie gestuurd en tot op heden geen reactie of update ontvangen op geen van ze graag hoor ik hoe nu verder ik snap dat jullie het misschien druk hebben maar bijna twee weken geen reactie lijkt mij een beetje lang.

KURI NUKA RESPOND TO MY EMAILS AND MESSAGES. This is a complete scam of a website and operation. I ordered batana oil from kurinuka.com as I had seen on Tiktok and instagram ads. Then i saw a tiktok saying how they are using fake influencers name and face. I should pursue this further in the courts for this scam against you guys for the deceitful marketing you do of stealing others videos and hard earned money you keep of mine.
Guess what - It's now been over 2 months and still no response. I will look into this - believe me. You wont get away from taking my money.

I made my order on the 6th of March.
My parcel hasn’t been delivered, nobody returns emails & there is no way of getting in contact with customer services to sort anything out. A COMPLETE SCAM
We are now 2 months on from the purchase date and I haven’t been contacted once after also sending countless emails!

Do not buy. Complete scam. Purchased in February - buy one get one free. It is now April and I have had no response to query emails, no response to formal complaint emails, no response to social media DMs or public comments.

So on the website of Kuri Nuka they claim that the botana oil is made in Honduras. But my package is shipped from China. Curious on how you’re going to explain that.

I ordered the botana oil buy one get one get one free. In the past I ordered when it came straight away I knew it was a scam.

So came across this one Kuri Nuka the reviews where great so I ordered, a week has past and still no product no calls nothing to tell me where my order is, no tracking number nothing.

Why do these people think it’s fair to rip off people
So it appears that they are scamming people.

I placed an order on 17 February. The company has still failed to deliver or respond to any emails or instagram messages yet they continue posting online / responding to positive reviews online. This is a fraudulent business. Just refund the order and stop taking advantage of people. It's terrible customer service when trying to support a small business. Avoid at all costs

I cannot recommend any one, it seems like a scam. I ordered my produkts( full package of 5 products to be shipped in Sweden on 2jan 2026. It has gone several months now without getting my order, with no response at all, ipaid full amount. Now am going to the bank to file a case, because am tired of waiting for them to pay me back my money.

I ordered batana oil from kurinuka.com as I had seen many adverts on Instagram promoting the product and thought i would give it a try. I was eligible for the "buy one get one free" offer and made an order just before Christmas. I received my package just after Christmas and was shocked to only find one tub of batana oil and not the additional tub that was advertised online. Thinking it was just a mistake i reached out to the official website via email so they could rectify my order. I entered all details of my order and was met with a generic response which stated I would be contacted within 24-48 hours. It's now been over 3 months and still no response. This company's customer service is shocking. They take your money and don't deliver what was originally promised. I find it quite disrespectful that customers are ignored when trying to reach out via the official website, but when leaving negative reviews on Trustpilot , magically they know how to respond.

This is the sort of company that makes it hard to support small businesses

The product once I received it is OK however Customer Support department is the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. They do not respond at all except for a generated message that comes across stating thanks for trusting their company and you would get a response within 12 to 24 hours which is a lie. I’ve sent numerous emails about a second order I placed on February 1, 2026 today is March 13, 2026 still no order and no response I asked for a full refund I should have not trusted the company because the first order took a very long time this company should be shut down for their activities to the public. This company has the poorest service I’ve ever received from any company.

I bought this product in August 2025 and was qualified for the offer of buy 1 get 1 free. I purchased it and paid the total amount of £41 inclusive of delivery. I waited for almost one month to get this item, and when it arrived I only received one instead of 2. I wrote several emails to their customer service and the only time they responded was to give me a ticket number and promised to get back to me. I did not get any response till date. I am not happy with this company and i believe i have been scammed as I have been over charged! Buyers beware!!

Heb in oktober 2025 producten besteld (#41154KN) die ik heb ontvangen. Echter bleek 1 van de 2 items zichtbaar gelekt te zijn. Zodoende had ik aangegeven aan Kuri Nuka per DM op Instagram en tevens aan Klarna (omdat de betaling via hen verliep). Tot op de dag van vandaag, nadat ik ze later voor de tweede keer had benaderd, heb ik hier NUL reactie op gehad. Ze zijn zeer gedreven met hun marketing via de mail en advertenties op Instagram destijds, maar het reactief vermogen lijkt nergens op. In totaal heb ik drie keer moeite gedaan om rechtstreeks in contact te komen: twee keer via Instagram en één keer per mail.

Klarna steekt er ook geen moeite in om dit te verhalen bij hun client (Kuri Nuka). Dus dan betaal ik simpelweg ook niet, totdat ik een passende oplossing en/of een reactie krijg. Ik heb de producten nog steeds geseald thuis liggen en ik ben nu op het punt dat ik ze niet meer hoef. Kortom, ik hoop nu op een reactie via dit kanaal.

Update 25-03: nog steeds nul gehoor vanuit Kuri Nuka. Ik raad dit bedrijf ten strengste af. Niks bestellen hier mensen!!! Ik ga andere instanties inschakelen om ze in beweging te krijgen.

This is my second review. After my complaint of no response from the company and no products received, I was contacted by the manager or director, the circumstance resulting to the above was explained to me and I accepted this explanation and apology.
I received my order in good time after this and also got some free products as compensation.
I have given this score because I know that this is a small company and are still finding their feet and they sounded sincere and were also able to keep to their promise.
