Bath & More UK Avis 

It’s been six days since I’ve ordered the samples and I received an email to say they’d been posted and would be with me in 1-2 days, this was six days ago and still received nothing.

Firstly like other reviewers I had a damaged panel. The delay in a replacement meant I would have had a delay in the job so I used another wider panel and asked for this to be replaced. They charged me for the larger panel!
The when I came to use the adhesive, which in the second batch was a substituted and clearly own label it was terrible. It didn’t stick and made a right mess that had to be removed. No refund given due to the delay in using this product although the earlier product was used later and performed excellently
I wish I had not trusted the substitution at the point of receipt and returned then. As they contravened the Trades Description Act with the substitution.
Be warned, the price might be good, but the service is not. I guess like all things you get what you pay for. I’ve stuck the panels on with CT1 at an additional cost of £50 to the job. Not happy

The panels are so unique and less than half the price of those at a leading DIY shop.

Andy has redefined Customer Service, something these days sadly lacking with most Companies, after an awful experience with another Company, I purchased with Bath & More, I had an issue with buying wrong brackets (My Fault) but Andy was amazing and sourced me new brackets and had them delivered within 2 days at no extra cost, even though it was my fault. Outstanding service and will absolutely buy again, and my Radiator is stunning, Thank You

My order was mistakenly sent to my billing rather than the (different) shipping address. Although disappointing, Bath & More UK agreed a way to resolve this problem quickly and efficiently. I would order from them again.

My family placed an order for 8 radiators from Bath and More (and 2 from another supplier) as part of our house renovations and the radiators from B&M were dirty (the water coming from them was black and had some residue) - the other 2 radiators we ordered elsewhere did not have the same issue. We contacted B&M but they didn't accept any fault on their end despite video evidence and the difference in water quality between the radiators from them and the other supplier.

I purchased a mirror from Bath & More last year which since developer a defect - nothing to do with the supply/deivery condition from Bath & More. Contacting them 10 months later they were very swiftly and simply able to arrange a replacement to be provided directly from the manufacturer so I was very impressed with the after-care service and would recommend.
