We are delighted with our new bath/wet room, which we have been using for two weeks now. The whole installation process from start to finish was expertly done, from Colin’s initial visits to survey the bathroom and explain the process, to Matt and Josh and the rest of the team completing the fitting to a very high standard in the agreed timescale. There was no inconvenience during the process. Any disruption was minimal and everything was completely cleared and tidied at the end. We have no hesitation in highly recommending BMAS.

Everything went as smoothly as could be from day one of the employee coming to measure up and advice us of what would work for or needs to the week of the work which just went like clockwork. There employees where very helpful and very patient they also could not do enough for us and were lovely people.

I will start with wow!
From meeting the lovely Christine at the start ( honestly she's the chief cog in all the workings and is amazing at what she does, thankyou Christine) to arranging our first meeting with an advisor, Kevin, the service was seamless. At the very beginning Christine listened to us empathetically and understandingly. Christine showed us a lot of bathroom stuff that fitted our budget. Honestly as a customer just be honest with them in what you want and Christine makes it happen. Our meetings with Kevin who drawn up the plans from listening to our needs and added from his own experience wee tweaks to the design were exceptional. The building team boys were Graham and Gary
What a pair I tell you. Really professional in what they did for us and their attention to all the small details within the actual work was exceptional. Thankyou boys!! As a family we stayed in a local hotel to allow for the works to go ahead. When we came home.......we were flabbergasted at what the team has achieved for us. We will be long term customers. As a family all we had to say was ......wow! BMAS has been truly excellent and professional from the beginning to the end. Big thankyou to Christine, Kevin, Graham, Gary and the clean up team who were also excellent at what they did in taking all the rubbish away. They left my garden clean and tidy.

New Bathroom
I am delighted with the new bathroom. However, there was a delay in getting the new pump. I recommend choosing reliable suppliers for bathroom fittings. The whole job should have been completed in 5 days instead of the 7 days. On one day the plumber forgot to turn on the isolation valve.
However congratulations are in order for efficient workmanship.

They were both very tidy workers who tidied everything up at the end of each day and all the old bathroom furniture etc was taken away promptly

From the planning by Steve to the completed wet room took less than 2weeks. A special mention to Alex, who worked tirelessly and provided a very professional service. Nothing was too much trouble despite a couple of setbacks regarding delivery of parts.
Overall an excellent service provided by the team at Hitchin. Thank you.

Our experience with BMAS was great from start to finish.
Colin came to visit us, he went over in detail what was
possible in our bathroom fitout and recommended and we agreed that a wetroom was best suited for our needs.
Krisstain did our bathroom fitout and we could not speak to highly of him. a well organised skilled tradesman.
I would recommend BMAS to anyone who is thinking about getting their bathroom fitted out.

We contacted BMAS after numerous attempts to get a local company without gain to revamp our en-suite. Kevin from the company spent time with us explaining the process and costs. There was no pressure whatsoever to sign up etc which was a refreshing change.
I immediately felt reassured and confident they could deliver. It took us a number of weeks to finally decide, we even visited Glasgow and Edinburgh office to see materials. No pressure was ever put on us if anything I was starting to get excited over the refit. Christine in the Edinburgh branch was welcoming and so friendly. In my dilemma to decide materials Christine was fabulous in helping me, showing me lots of choices. Christine was great in keeping me posted and conversations flowed back n forth. The fitter ‘Imi’ was excellent, very neat and tidy. The quality of fit is high, with attention to detail.
All staff who attended to our fit were considerate and thorough to ensuring we are happy. I felt all staff could be trusted.
The company does deliver, the quality of materials and choices are excellent. I would say don’t be scared to tell Kevin or Christine what your thoughts are as they will be flexible and do the best they can to deliver. Even come up with ideas you had not thought of.

Stevie and Martin were wonderful. They did a very professional job and worked non-stop installing our wetroom. They are friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. If we could, we would give them a pay rise for all their hard work.

Raymond who carried out the electrical installation also deserves a mention for his outstanding work as do all the other people who helped with the installation.

Plus Dominique, Nicola and Colin were always incredibly friendly and helpful.

We would highly recommend BMAS.

The recent transformation of bath room to wet room, from initial phone call to completion of project was inside a 2 week window. All work inside the house was carried out over 5 days, although some extra problems thrown up because of the house layout, hardworking Martin and Stevie, always friendly and courteous overcame them.
Colin deserves a mention too, his initial house visit was very informative and helpful.

The fitters Graham and Gary were superb. They did a fantastic job and were meticulous. Nothing was too much bother. End result was fantastic and looks amazing. There were some hiccups with the materials but the guys overcame all issues and had a can do attitude. Can speak highly enough of them both.

Massive thank you to everyone who helped redo our bathroom for my husband who had a fall in August and now needs mobility support. Special shoutout to the plumber, Rica, the electrician, Elliot, also to
Steve Selleck, Dominique, and Lorraine. Everyone worked quickly and were all very kind and cheerful!

We found the service from BMAS exceptional.Steve, who was our first contact, was professional, knowledgeable and was very much in tune with our needs. His reactions and suggestions demonstrated a thorough knowledge of bathroom design for the elderly. He was efficient and answered queries immediately, which is a rarity in today's world. He arranged a fitting for the complete renovation, and it all happened in one week. The chap doing the work also knew his stuff, carrying out the work with minimal fuss and maximum efficiency. He arrived at 9:00 on Monday and completed the job at 3:00 on Friday. Obviously, he had a great deal of experience doing this work and was able to accommodate all our needs. Overall a very professional and enjoyable time/

Kevin initially came to our house and with his experience and guidance helped with our decision on design and planning.

Graham and Gary arrived on the Monday to commence the work, they were brilliant, very professional and very talented in there craft.

Both the G's were very tidy, they said the old bathroom stuff would be picked up at the end of the week and it was. Water was off a minimal amount of time. The electrian was also on the scene but again he was in at the beginning to wire up the mirror point and back at the end of the week to connect the mirror.

Graham and Gary were just the business. So happy with the work, I really would find it hard to believe that another company could deliver the quality of work and craftsmanship.

Would like to also thank Christine at the BMAS showroom in Dobbies Braehead as it was Christine who sourced some parts for us and co-ordinated with me, along with Kevin.

We had a wet room fitted at the end of July. I have waited until now to review as we had a few hiccups and was waiting to see how the company resolved them. So far I'm very happy.
We were a bit overwhelmed after the first visit as two salesmen, who were both showing us different things, got a bit confusing. So I requested a second visit with Kevin who came and went through everything including a few details that needed to be changed. He really listened to what I wanted and was happy to make the changes from the first meeting.
The speed at which they promised the work to be done was the main factor in choosing the company as I had cheaper quotes but with a longer time scale.
We had a few issues with the wrong products arriving, vague installation instructions which led to confusion regarding which wet wall went where etc. and a few other bits and bobs which could have been avoided with better communication and planning. However, the company resolved every problem we had and Nick the project manager and Imie who carried out the work, were excellent on resolving most of the issues. I felt sorry for both of them as they had to work longer hours than expected to problem solve. I think with better planning this could have been avoided but everything was rectified so I can't complain.
The work did take a little longer than expected due to the wrong item being delivered but it didn't really inconvenience us that much. We have had a couple of minor issues since which the company, and new regional manager Lorraine, have acted quickly to rectify and I think they've been very fair and helpful.
Looking back I may have done a few things differently with the design so a couple of extra meetings might have helped. The bathroom looks beautiful and everything is working so at the end of the day that's all that matters.
The customer service I have experienced from Lorraine and Nick has been excellent. And the work carried out by Imie all looks fabulous now, I would highly recommend him and the lads who helped him.

Many thanks to Colin for the invaluable advice with the different options and quotes for my mother’s bathroom. Excellent communications and help at a tricky time for mum.

We recently had a wet room fitted for my mother by BMAS, and we’re absolutely delighted with the results. Although there were a few hiccups along the way (as with most projects), everything was dealt with professionally and promptly, which really gave us peace of mind.

A special shout out to our fitter, Alex he was absolutely amazing and quickly won my mother over with his friendly manner and attention to detail. He’s a real asset to the company. Steve, who came out to tie up a few loose ends, was also brilliant, a real character and clearly takes pride in his work. Honestly, both of them deserve a pay rise!

All of the staff we dealt with were great, and we’d have no hesitation in recommending BMAS to anyone looking for quality work and a trustworthy team.

I was informed that this would be a 4 day job and after 6 days we were told it was finished only to find sub standard work and parts of the order we had paid for were not installed. Although they have returned once it is now 2 weeks and we can’t get a reply to rectify the work

Great service from start to finish. The team as a whole were genuinely kind, attentive to my needs and made sure I got the wetroom I needed to improve my quality of life at home. Even after service has been great,a lovely call to check I was happy and there wasnt anything else I needed.
