Bathing Mobility Advisory Service Avis 

We wanted a company that would provide a complete bathroom refit service,with our reduced mobility in mind, from planning to completion and BMAS did this to our complete satisfaction.
They were friendly and helpful and looked after us all the way through the project.

All the people involved with my requirements were very kind & helpful.The chap who did the work was excellent & tidied up every day, which kept dust etc to a minimum.(as I'm disabled this was very helpful!) Also a couple of adaptions that weren't in the original remit were put in place.The after-care has also been very good.

This company eyes was on the ball, at all times. From the planning, discussion re-configuration of my small bath room. Practically was not functioning right. Mr Collin Hogg. Took me through the journey of the specification, loan availability. The time scale duration of less than a week to complete and present a new layout well functioning rest room fit for a king, in my own right, of convenient living. Well please craftmanship. The office staff who helped me every stage of this phase of my life. Also thanks to all the team players behind the scene (The hard workers) to make all the experience worthwhile. Wow what a transformation this has made to the bathroom it's so fresh and modern, aswell as more importantly, safe the workmen were top notch professional, clean and tidy and friendly.

The whole experience was communicated effectively, office staff first class in dealing with queries.
Tradesmen first class and well experienced in their trade, also went the extra mile to ensure a first class completion of the work.

We called into our local showroom and arranged a home visit for further discussion.

We discussed our requirements to cater for our diminishing mobility needs and listened to the suggestions made, following which we decided to take up the recommendations and have our bathroom turned into a wet room and our toilet renovated at the same time. At no time did we feel under any pressure, no hard sell whatsoever, just extremely helpful advice. Having received the quote later that day, we agreed to have the work done while we were on holiday; easier for the workmen to have the house to themselves and less stressful for us.
We came back to the most amazing transformation, with excellent workmanship throughout and a house left neat and tidy and clean. The workmen even watered our hanging baskets!

It has made things so much easier for us and we just love the transformation; we now have a bathroom and toilet to be proud of.

BMAS have looked after us so well, we cannot recommend them highly enough.

I decided to convert my bathroom into a wet room. The whole experience was excellent. Very good ideas in the planning, the workmen were hardworking and kept to the promised time, everything works extremely well.

We are delighted with my father's new bathroom. BMAS staff were all friendly and efficient, designing and creating a bathroom that fits Dad's needs perfectly. The fitting is to a very high standard and was carried out with care taken to minimise any disruption. Safety was a big issue before we contacted BMAS but Dad can now use his bathroom with confidence and ease.

From the first contact - we completed an on-line form and were called within 15 minutes - the service we received from BMAS was outstanding! Our sales lady Leigh visited us and after a trip to the showroom to choose our fittings she returned and double checked all the measurements and firmed up our quote! Initially we were changing our ensuite shower room into a wet room and we could not be happier with the result. We now have a safe place for showering with no high steps to negotiate. It was then a no brainer to ask them to do our main bathroom.
Both bathrooms were done by the same team and the workmanship is second to none. Both bathrooms were completed within the time frame quoted and the house was kept clean and tidy at all times.

bmas contracted to install wet room including electric pump signed contract with no consultation connected to existing drain not a legal drain when i discovered this they told me it was acceptable for plumber to connect to existing drain they did not trace this drain it is not connected to cast pipe this was a very expensive job reason i accepted they told me it would take five days they finished well under three days when i discovered no pump had been installed they returned money for pump not before no rebate for work saved fitting pump going by whole estimate must be quite a saving they did not return that so expensive job unfinished will cost to connect drain correctly

My experience was wonderful, I was worried at first before work started, but did not need to, everything went like clockwork from start to finish. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. Every day my house was left tidy after the days work.

We’ve just had our bathroom recreated by the guys from BMAS. From the office staff to the tradesmen on site it’s been a great experience! I bet that there cannot be too many folk that can say that about getting a new bathroom fitted. From the outset we’ve received the very best possible service right up until the time of the new bathroom being handed over. All of the staff involved have been extremely professional at all times and the quality of work is second to none. The tradesmen even cleaned up after themselves as they went along with carpet protecting film going down before a single tool was lifted. The hoover could be heard several times through the job as the tradesmen lifted any dust or debris and kept the mess to an absolute minimum. Our house was back to normal within a couple of hours of the BMAS team heading for home.
Our only disappointment is that BMAS only do bathrooms. We'd have them back for any other building work - they were that good!

BMAS installed a wet room - The service was excellent and all my issues were dealt with in a prompt and friendly manner. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone looking to install a wet room.
