No haśle from the time I went to order. Delivered and packed great. Delivery even quicker than expected and the price was nearly half what I would have paid in my home town.

I'm very sorry that you didn't make yourself aware of our returns policy before you ordered with us.
All return costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer. This allows you to choose the courier and return method of your choice. we do always recommend a tracked and insured method of postage so that you are covered against transport damages.
I have looked into your statement above and have yet to find a retailer of large household items that offer free returns, so you would have been in the same position with any company that you ordered from.

Faulty Item
Faulty Item - No Blame Taken
Recently bought an item from Bathroom Superstore. Most of the product was in good working order, but one of the inserts was flimsy resulting in the whole product being unable to be properly installed, therefore not being water tight.
It took 4 months to get a proper response, which was essentially - Your fault. Not our problem.
Absolute joke.

They said it would be minimum three months before the replaced bit. Fab, no shower for 3 months.
And I repeatedly contacted them and was ignored. 9 times in total. But - let’s blame the person who installed it shall we? X

I’m very sorry to hear that you have had problems with the products you have received from us.
I have looked into this for you and can see that the shower enclosure you received arrived fit for purpose. There was no fault with the product you received.
Looking at the issue reported, it is clear this has been caused by a fitting error and is something that we cannot be responsible for. Our customer service team has on many occasion informed you that this is something you would need to refer back to your installer.
We did however, offer to send you replacement parts, as a gesture of goodwill. We did not get an answer from you regarding us ordering these for you. We feel that the offer made is going above and beyond what is required as a company as we are not to blame for the issues you were having.
I’m sorry you feel this isn’t sufficient assistance and I’m sorry that we didn’t come to an outcome you were happy with.

Great products and customer services
I have just bought a shower bath and vanity unit from Bathroom Supastore and I am very pleased with the quality of the products and their customer services. When I needed to amend my original order I had no problems contacting them by phone and speaking to a human. They immediately changed my order and confirmed by email. Delivery was just a few days and the delivery driver was extremely helpful.
