Bathroom renovations made easy

The help we received from the young staff member at Narre Warren was invaluable. His knowledge on the products was great.
Ordering online was simple and straightforward. And queries over the phone were handled with a good professional attitude.

Genuinely great customer service
Genuinely great customer service. They keep you informed about delivery etc and answer queries promptly and directly. In my most recent interaction I had reason to return a purchase (supplier issue not Bathware Direct) but BD took it back without question and refunded me. Needless to say I’ve already purchased other products from them already!
