Never again
Never have I bought something online where the delivery costs are not populated before committing to the order but it charges you after! Went to the GPay window and the website said it was $90, but after the transaction (when it's too late) it doubled because of the shipping costs. Mind you, the 2 pieces of artificial grass, probably weighed no more than 3-4Kgs all together and I paid $90 for delivery. The product itself was about as cheap quality as you can get. Doesn't even look like grass. "TEMU quality at German quality prices" should be the motto. I'll be staying away from this scammy mob.

The mirror arrived with a small manufacturing blemish. Factory Fast staff were amazing with there absolute understanding of the situation and we're extremely prompt with all communication. They offered varied options to address the fault and in the end they gave me a full refund. Freight costs probably play a factor in those options. I will buy again and recommend Factory Fast.
