Bathwicktyres Avis 

I recently had 11 tyres fitted in a week, 5 on my trailer and 6 on my rally car.
The team at Bathwick Tyres, Bridgwater are an excellent one. I arrived at the appointed time and was dealt with by a very professional and personable team led by Andy.
This is obviously a TEAM judging by the humour and banter and I will gladly go to them again.

Booked a slotted time online one week prior for 2 tyres which we thought was a good idea, rather than just turning and chancing it.
Arrived 10 minutes early for a 10am appointment only to be told there is a wait of 1 hour before fitting can commence which misses the whole point of a pre booked appointment. When we discussed this with the manager we were informed that they only do first come first service as standard.
Absolute waste of time. Why have appointment times online then?
Went elsewhere. Absolute disgrace.

Fantastic company. Used them for ages. Always try and fix the tyre first rather than sell another. Also have saved me money on tyres unlike others. Will always go back to bathwick tyres! Update this is about the yeovil branch.

The tyre fitting was fine, but I spotted another member of staff scraping away at my car's suspension with a wire brush. When I asked him what he was doing, he told me he thought I had a broken spring.
I did not ask Bathwick Tyres to check my suspension - their only job was to fit the tyres.
One day later the car passed its MOT. There was no broken spring, so this seems like an attempt to try to get me to pay for unnecessary work.

Had an appointment with Bathwick Tyres Yeovil yesterday. Great service. Friendly staff. Issue solved quickly and at a reasonable price. Would recommend

Popped in to Bathwick Tyres Swindon today as I had a faulty valve. They could not have been more helpful. Straight away they identified the fault and repaired it, there and then. This was not a pre-booked appointment and I have never used them before, they are just a bunch of genuinely very helpful people. Thank you.

I just took my car for a service at Bathwick Tyres in Westcott Place, Swindon, and as a result, I am writing this review.

My interactions with the management have been terrible, especially with Nikki Hughes, who is ostensibly in charge of the Bathwick Tyres Westcott Palace Swindon branch.

Even though I brought my car to the garage 15 minutes prior to the appointment, it took them close to 4 hours to complete a Bronze service. After three hours and thirty minutes, I had to call them once more to obtain an update on my car.

Management, especially the person in charge, needs to be knowledgeable about the brands and products; they cannot just say, "We'll order whatever fits your car," as that's not how it works. Customers should be able to ask questions or express doubts about a brand or product without the seller being confused by their inquiries.

When the air filter for my car arrived, the manager simply handed it to me and said, "Here is the air filter, whatever that is." I mean, seriously?

When I requested further information on the products being used in my car, they really showed no interest in helping and were downright hostile. They can't possibly be that ignorant or rely on their product supplier to know every detail of the complexities.

Even worse, she managed to stamp my car's logbook upside down after spending a considerable amount of time searching everywhere for the stamp (talk about management!). Of all the service stamps I have had on my logbook, this one stands out because she couldn't be bothered to pay attention and just wanted to get it over with.

I left the garage feeling completely disappointed, and I won't be going back because this branch has lost all of its credibility.

Excellent service at the Trowbridge branch as usual.

The guys, Sean and Dave, were excellent. They made me feel welcome and relaxed. The tyre I needed was in stock and was fitted quickly. Very efficient service. I'll definitely be returning.

Excellent service. Very polite, helpful and very reasonable price. This was the Reckleford branch in Yeovil.

I went to get new valves put on my tyres as the ones i had on there previously were too small. they managed to squeeze me in on such short notice and it took no time at all! Everyone working was really nice and friendly, service was really efficient. Would recommend this branch to friends and family!

Newport branch- Very good service, quick to sort out my tyres, balancing and tracking

Steer clear of Gloucester branch. They refused to carry out my son's mot as he was unfortunately 5 minutes late and took great pleasure in doing so. My husband had an MOT booked today and they refused to do it as he had items in his boot. Guidelines state "the vehicle will be inspected to check that the boot or tailgate can be closed properly".There was not a valid reason to refuse the MOT. I think the staff also need customer service training because there is none! So rude and awkward. Avoid
