Battery World Avis 

Brendan from Battery World Brookvale was so helpful and easy to deal with. He explained the "diagnosis" of my car battery and the options I had very clearly. He led the way to Battery World for a battery replacement making sure I was following him incase I had any issues on the way there. He then replaced my car battery swiftly. Overall, very friendly and professional service. Would definitely recommend Brendan to anyone!

Bought 2 x CR1225 'Renata' lithium cells from Battery World in Cannon hill, QLD and found they did not work. Closer examination indicates these are FAKE. They have voltage, but can't supply a useful current. I was a bit suspicious that they were in little plastic bags rather than the proper packaging...will be making a complaint to the OFT.

Called up to inquire whether I could recycle some lithium-ion batteries. Gina asks me where they came from, to which I reply "a powerbank and an electric scooter". She then jumps to say no and follows it up with "we only accept lithium-ion cells". Well they are in fact cells (as opposed to flat polymer ones like in cell phones). Once we clear that up, I drop by the store.

Gina then takes a look at the wrapped pack of cells and without any examination, tells me they don't accept it. I ask her to examine it and feel the cells inside the pack. She refuses and gives me a dead no.

So I go back to my car, cut the wrapping open, take it back to the store and she takes it! No acknowledgement, no apologies, nothing.

Guess what baselessly refusing recycling batteries does: it makes people put them in the bin (out of frustration) and then you have garbage trucks on fire. In short, it puts people's lives at risk! That'll be on you Gina.

Now she may have had a bad day, but being in the customer service business, your bad days gets you bad reviews!

And to the "junior" guy at the store: you're not a robot mate, just because your boss said something, you don't have to agree without asking why.

I just wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Jamie & Trace from Battery World Chermside who went out of their way twice to help this “Damsel in distress” lol 😆 Me! These guys are so generous and such legends to come & jump start my car at such short notice. Best prices , best customer service. Don’t waist your time looking elsewhere. This is my go to place from now on whenever I need a battery for anything 🙂

They tested my near new battery. Though the indicator was green said I needed a $200 replacement battery. Proven not to be required. Don't be fooled.

I bought a power supplier for my laptop some eight months ago. It stopped working. The guys at Battery World Totness were very helpful and efficient. They replaced my power supplier with a new one an I am very happy with the outcome.

Phoned up to ask how much & which battery would I need. Not only were they $100 cheaper than my first quote, Brendan offered to swing by my house with the battery to fit! He was over within 15 mins and bobs ya uncle!

Waited on hold for 42 min and decided to heard there instead because store was closing in hour . Check price for battery online and when we got there they were charging $20 more then quoted !!!!! Very poor customer service if u ask me .Calgary NE store off Barlow trail .

Just came from battery world on Tapleys Hill Road Adelaide not impressed one bit I have bought two batteries from the shop latest one just one month out of warranty try to get just under $300 out of me again no thank you I went online and bought a much better battery for what they were trying to sell me for half the price Will be delivered in four days thanks battery world on Tapleys Hill road for nothing I will never step foot in your shop again

I called the Hilton rd Battery World in Adelaide. The person who spoke to me was beyond rude. Apparently he couldn't understand what I was saying. His overall manner was just extremely unprofessional. I don't know why he couldn't understand me. He said the line was clear but it is just the way I speak. He kept on interrupting me as soon as I start a sentence. And later, while I was trying to speak slow and clear, he told me I was mumbling. "Mumbling?", I said before politely hanging up. Nobody has ever said that to me. I don't mumble. I decided to walk to the OTR to buy jumping cables to start my car myself. Strange enough, they were able to understand me. And so is everybody else. I call people daily. I work face to face with different people daily. They understand me. I completed a degree, delivered in English. This person from Battery World seemed like he didn't want to understand me. Maybe he hates people who speaks with a different accent. I don't know. All I know is that he should not be answering calls. I feel insulted. I don't usually waste time writing bad reviews. First time I've experienced being talked to like I was some uneducated lower class person.

Called up to see what battery I’d need they were very helpful with finding out what one I’d require and how much I’d cost. Brought it in same day. Really quick and smooth service. Really nice lads that really helped me out. Would defiantly recommend!

Rang battery world I need a repair on my inverter.battery world no worries bring it in ,which I did. Battery world we will have it ready tomorrow.I went to pick it up the next day. No we don't fix inverters here ,so why did you tell me to bring it in for repairs . Hopeless

David from the Mornington branch was great to deal with. Quoted quickly and competitively. Battery World called out within 90 mins and I’m very happy with the service.

I went to Battery World, Balcatta WA. I thought I required a new battery but it turned out it was fine. Andrew was absolutely fantastic. He did a thorough test my battery and then wrote down all the info so that I could take it to my mechanic to see if there was another problem. He could have easily sold me a very expensive battery (which was much cheaper than the competition) but instead gave me very good customer service. When I do eventually need a new battery I will definitely go back to their store. Thanks so much, Jan

If you employ people whom have mouths but no ears you deserve to go bankrupt this was posted on Facebook by me i dont need a fool telling me the maths of something i have already done 10 times over i was a customer i know what i need dont even try to tell me what i already know if you can't listen to what I'm saying i will never return and i will tell everyone i know dont waist your time with battery world

Battery World Tempe .... best customer service you'll ever receive anywhere ... the staff there make your whole day better. I'd drive miles just to go to that store. Thanks guys.
