Battery World Avis 

What a joke of a service from Blacktown battery world. This is not a review for battery world in general it is store specific to Blacktown. Twice took my car to check my battery as I had few flats in the morning. The guy bag my car, my accessories fiited to the car, everything except the battery. Didn't even bother testing the battery as he was sure that my smart alternator causing all this issue and I should find a way to turn it off. If you are that guy please speak to battery world at North paramatta as they told me that my car doesn't have a smart alternator and indeed it was battery failed prematurely and they replace it under warranty even though they didn't sell it to me. They were kind enough to give a loan battery and tested mine overnight. I advice every one in the black town area to make a hike and visit north parra store. promise you will enjoy the service and commitment they provide

Robert was my first contact with excellent customer service, I could not get to the store so David came out the replace my battery. I could not ask for any better or friendlier service.

If you want bad advice. To be extremely over charged. And upsold to a battery you dont need go to Battery World for your next battery

I just want to say the staff at Armadale, Perth were very receptive and easy going and more than helpful to me. I made a purchase for a car battery and have walked all the way from home to collect the battery and thinking it would be no problem, carrying it on the way home. It was nearly closing time. They informed me that the battery was very heavy to carry and the boss offered to give me a lift by asking one of his staff that was close to leaving in his van soon. Thank you for great customer service as I didn't really expected it. I am grateful to them.

Arriving home after a 6 week holiday we found our car dead. The serviceman arrived within 15 mins of us lodging a service call. He soon had the car running and he also explained how to avoid it happening again. Although the car was running, testing showed it wasn't charging so a new battery was required. The serviceman was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable.

No hassles , the staff are very helpful and pleasant to talk with, giving you the best and cheapest options.

I needed a new battery as my existing car battery was bringing up a red low battery light. The guy from battery world checked my current battery, and recommended a new one. The person was very helpful and fitted the battery as well.
