They could have sold me a more expensive battery but didn't. They listened to what I needed and gave me sound advice and installed it while I was shopping next door. What more could you want

After calling around and getting quotes these guys were cheapest.

They also were with me in 30 mins. They did bring wrong battery but where back again within 30 mins.

Battery was cheaper than anywhere else.

Excellent service to my vehicle with a dead battery. Brendan went out of his way to help, was there within half an hour, had to return to store and come back again all super fast and efficient. Pleasant manner and nothing was a problem! Thank you! Would highly recommend if you have any problems.

Went for the first time to Battery World in Pakenham. The customer service and advise that Steve provided was the best I've ever experienced. He even attached the wiring from my solar panel for me. Thank you. Highly recommend going there.

I feel Battery World provides excellent customer Service but pricing is drifting up and I find comparable products within your competitors that are cheaper. Battery world was very competitive before but seems to be drifting away from that.

The response to my SOS for a new car battery was prompt, and handled in a courteous & professional manner.
