Just deleted my 5* review i left fo them last year. I order some creatine from them on the 11th of August. Still haven't received it yet, managed to speak to a guy 8 days ago told me he'll send it still hasn't arrived. Got in contact with PayPal who refunded me within a couple of days. Thank you PayPal. I own a gym and i have in the past advised my guys to get their supplements from Battlebox well that's not going to happen from now.

30th July confirmation of order £38.97 debit card.
1st August e mail Awaiting Shipment.
9th August e mail Refunded. No explanation.
No refund, followed up.
15th August e mail Refund made.
No pending or actual refund recorded in my account.
I contact them to this effect.
They say wait 24 hours to see if refund arrives.
Totally disappointed with this level of service.

Very slow delivery. Wrong product received. Given up trying to contact them. Ordered socks on July 18th. Shipping advice with no tracking July 25th. Nothing arrived. Queried with them via their website, no response. Put transaction into dispute via PayPal, product arrived next day (Aug 10th) but was wrong socks. PayPal have accepted this and paid them. I've given up trying to get correct product. Be warned.

I placed an order on 28/7/23, and monies were deducted from my credit card on that date. On 29/7/23 I received an email stating that the items in my order had been shipped. A week later, having received no parcel, I emailed Battlebox and received no response. Yesterday I emailed again, no response. I twice rang their Edinburgh number and a message stated that the number was unavailable. I posted a negative comment on the company Facebook. Minutes later a company representative rang me. He said my original order must have been lost in the mail and he would send replacement items. Unfortunately one item was not in stock and he said it would be replaced by a slightly more expensive one. To my astonishment-and great relief- the parcel arrived today! Yes, it has taken almost two weeks and a lot of hassle to receive it, but I have to be fair here, and ‘Michael’ was true to his word. Thank you for turning a negative experience into a more positive one.

I normally don't give bad review or bother, however this was the worst experience I have ever experienced buying thing online.
After ordering waiting for 2 weeks for nothing to come to check that item was shipped with tracking number that does not exist, after many attempts to contact cs with no response or anything from battle box, just silly, reading through here I'm not the only one.
In theory a nice place to order from. However CS is horrible items don't arrive and u are being ignored, I've emailed them again if no response I will just escalate with my bank for a refund.
Refund issued after contacting them again, with a message of 3 words and coldest apology ever.
Never received a replacement kit got a refund never be contacted by any of you that replacement is coming. Tracking number? Double checked the email no email or any contact past the one where replies were "refund issued" and "we sent email". So to cover themselves CS clearly tries to lie on trust pilot well done guys

I placed an order for Solgar Whey Protein 907g £49.95 on 9th June.

Almost 6 weeks later and still no delivery, sporadic responses from BattleBox with no useful information.

Please, please, please do not order from them.

Purchased 4 packs of rock rub totaling £34.38 and never recieved it. The order shows shipped yet the tracking number provided does not exist after conversing extensively with royal mail to better understand the delay.

Ordered from battle box for the first time, the items came as described with a quick delivery. Will definitely be using them again!

Don’t Bother. Awful service. Ordered a rope a month ago, took a while to come and the wrong one was sent. Was made to return and told my new one would be sent next day. I returned and have received nothing back😫 now difficult to get a response from customer service and website it down. £60+ later and no rope still 😤😤😤

I have waited over 2 weeks for a simple delivery of supplements.
Tried an email 3 days ago to request an update.
Still no answer.

Seem to be able to get crossfit shoes here that other companies don't have. Purchased in demand Metcons and Nanos colourways that are out of stock everywhere else, without issue. Good resource.

I was a bit dubious after reading reviews on here and after despatch took four days, but exactly the right item arrived a couple of days later (as per postage I'd paid for) without any fuss. No problems.

fantastic, and found the shoes that I wanted. Went on many sites, but this site had everything!

Great price for a replacement cable. The cable is very fast.

I got a refund, and returned the the item that was sent out to me. I will not be using this company again after have 2 bad experiences with them.

Bad to worse!
My first order with battle box was for a shaker bottle, I emailed in asking when it was going to be dispatched to be told " we don't have any in at the moment they are coming in next week, would you like to wait or would you like a refund" so I had a refund. Put it down to a one off.

6th December I placed an order for a pair of Fitaid wrist wraps that are advertised on the battle box website, ordered with the free 48hr tracked post.

I received an email saying my ordered had been dispatched, but I couldn't see a Royal Mail tracking number, I sent in an email asking for the tracking number, I got a reply back from battle box with the tracking number, pop it in the Royal Mail website nothing can be found. Thought this was strange as I have never had any problems tracking a parcel with 48hr tracked service before. Anyway my order arrived today 10/12.first thing I spot is The item was sent Royal Mail second class signed for so that isn't Royal Mail 48hr tracked as stated on the website!
Second. On the front of the shipping label it states what I ordered. Fitaid wrist wraps Pink. What I received was a pair of black and pink floral strength wraps and a bottle of liquid chalk.

I have emailed battle box regarding this issue, stating I have the wrong item.
I'm hoping this isn't going to be the same as my first time ordering with them where the item I order from the website isn't Evan in stock!

If this is the case battle box are falsely advertising and mis-selling goods.

I hope this is resolved promptly with me either getting the correct item I ordered and returns the incorrect item free of charge or I receive a full refund and a free returns of the incorrect item.

I will update this review when I get any update from battle box

All in all be very careful ordering. I will not be using them again.

Easy to navigate website. Quick delivery and good value products. Won’t be going anywhere else for my CrossFit products.

Avoid at all costs. Lied about delivery. Horrible to deal with no customer service skills or empathy at all. didnt seem to care they sold my son a mouth gaurd that wasnt instock and couldn't give a date they would deliver. Messed around with nu communication. Only way they got back to me was by writing on their Facebook posts.

Excellent venue really cool place to go with the teenagers.

Ordered the Velites quad ultra grips and couldn’t be happier with the service.

Answered all questions I had about the product and even took the time to send sizes and pictures of the grips before I ordered.

Then they arrived three days before I expected them.

Great postage, great product and brilliant customer service.
